1 Porsche Clubs of France Federation Section Classic Porsche 05/12/2017 V2.doc Preamble General terms of sale "Le Mans Classic 2018" 6, 7 & 8 July 2018 on the Le Mans circuit Previously it is specified that these general conditions govern registration and sale of tickets for the Le Mans Classic event 2018 through the Porsche Clubs of France - Federation official Clubs (Association law 1901 n ), Whose head office is located in the 15 th avenue of the half-moon Roissy in France - BP Roissy in France Roissy Charles de Gaulle Cedex, And the address of its site The Federation of Porsche Clubs of France offers to owners of vehicles Porsche, booking and the order of the ticket office, subject to availability from the organizer, according to the following terms: A / via the website section 'great events 2018' : the date registration deadline is June 30th, 2018, For these orders the payment can be made either by credit card VISA or MASTERCARD, or by BANK TRANSFER (see article 6 payment section). Clients with a car It is necessary to make a recording by car, i.e. a car = a folder with one or more passengers per car depending on your choice. You have to order a Porsche Club Pack driver a minima simultaneously to buy a parking place for your car. Others participant or companion or people without car are all clients. (Visitors who come without a car are also welcome).

All clients The "Porsche Club Packs": the content of the various packages depends on the choice of benefits that are grouped in a fixed formula including the access to facilities, General enclosure of the circuit of Le Mans, paddocks and according the formula, grandstands, catering and the refreshments (clubs bar ). The most complete Pack Club is the Club Privilege Pack: it includes meals and refreshments for 3 days. The "Club Packs '" The content of the different formulas Pack Club provides minimum access to facilities. (General enclosure access and paddocks), this is the case of the Club 1 Pack, but a choice of grandstands is offered and can be associated with: Club Pack2, Pack Club 3 and Club Pack 4. 'Customer' the person who orders a 'Pack Club', whether or not he is a member of an official Porsche club,( please to mention the Porsche official Club and its country ). "Order". : operation carried out by the customer on the order website or mail to acquire one or more Club Privilege Pack or Pack Club. Article 1 - Price : Prices are in euros. For reasons of administration and business management, the rate is provided by car and per person, giving accreditation access for the full weekend. No sale for one or two days. Each passenger in a car shall be equipped with a ticket charged to unit price (1 adult) children under 16 years old accompanying an adult holder of accreditation for access of free access to the General enclosure on presentation their identity card. The Porsche Clubs of France reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, access packs are charged at the rate in effect on the day of validation of the order. Whichever the choice, parking space in the parking lot of the Porsche Clubs is to explicitly subscribe to the section on registration of your Porsche. Three structures are planned for the registration of your car depending on its brand and its model: Orange Parking Clubs, blue parking and green Parking General options all formulas of Porsche Club Packs. Parking Porsche Club in the heart of the Bugatti circuit (parking clubs Orange) is reserved for the Porsche brand vehicles and corresponding to the definition of "Classic" of the brand Porsche.AG, i.e.: - the models 356, 914, 924, 928, 944, 968 and the 911 (type 964, 993 and 996) exclusively - other models of 911 (type 997 and 991), Boxster, Cayman, Macan, Cayenne and Panamera will be welcomed at the blue parking (which is located outside the circuit BUGATTI, car park located in front of the Porsche Experience Center.) You have to register one entry per Porsche vehicle present on the Porsche Club parking car, since buying two Packs Club during the same reservation does not right to both access and two places on the

3 Club Porsche parking: each Porsche is individual of the number of Club packs ordered. Parking space is assigned and reserved to the Porsche that was recorded during registration. The Packs Club : Pack Club 1 : Certification of access to the General enclosure and paddock (without grandstands ) = it s formula base 100 / 1 person Pack Club seat in the Stand grandstands Pack Club seat in the Dunlop grandstands Pack Club seat in the Panorama grandstands 148 / 1 person 168 / 1 person 168 / 1 person (additional options can be added to these Club Packs: parking place 20 or 30 Others see offer later on 1.3. Others Options All participants who have acquired their tickets through the Porsche Clubs will have access to the Lounge of the Porsche Club (on the Orange parking). - Session of laps: offer limited to 200 CARS/ 190 / 1 Porsche

4 - Option 'laps sessions': access to the circuit of 24 hours ( large tour) for laps sessions / and parades is subject to the control of access to the track by the tickets inspectors, the marshals of the Organizer ( ACO) : you will have to present your past (Parking Porsche Club) to these marshals of the ACO that determine schedules and duration which are still subject to the imperatives of track. - The helmet is imperative for the driver and its passenger potential; children under 16 years old are not permitted on cars laps Sessions. - The procedure is managed by the Organizer : bikers with flashing lights will pick up participants 30 minutes before the time indicated on your past tickets of the car parks and guide you to the pre-grid. - Only Porsche parked on the Porsche club space are admitted to the session reserved for Porsche clubs : That are Porsche registered with a valid traffic insurance. - It is imperative to respect the schedules of your session, there will be no opportunity to catchup for showing up late on the pre-grid holders. 1.4 Catering options (dedicated to the Porsche Orange Club Parking restaurant): - Lunch buffet sitting service being de12h at 14: 30: it is imperative to respect the time indicated on your ticket restaurant except to wait at the entrance to the room - Price per person: 48 (optional: specify the day Friday-Saturday - Sunday) - Dinner served at the square at 20h : 50 per person (option specify Friday) and 58 (option specify to Saturday) - The breakfast on Saturday and/or Sunday served at the Lounge - bar Porsche Club at the rate of 15 per person. - Kids meals are 12 years old are charged 30 - The picnic baskets. 85 for 2 people - As for each edition you can order your picnic with your ticket when you register with the Porsche Clubs: they will be to recover at the home of the Porsche Club Lounge around 12h every day the choices you have made Management and booking fees, logistic and shipping costs of your ticket mailed. 5 25 for other countries of the world. Article 2 - Order and sending the tickets. The Packs Club Porsche orders are carried out on the site: For the France version France and abroad UK version. It presents all of the Le Mans Classic event in 2018 and allows you to order online. This site also allows customers who prefer, download an order form, this paper ( only in French language ) to be completed according to the instructions that are included, and must be sent by mail to the specific mailbox that is indicated on the document, the Organizer grabbing himself orders that addressed by this paper form, using the same software as the one installed on the web site (a longer period for registration is to be expected). In this case payment be only by bank transfer ( delay 10 days). Depending on your choice for the Club Packs offers, your order is taken into account and managed by the Porsche Clubs Federation via the site as shown above. After finalization of the order the customer receives a voucher with an order number for receipt on the web address he told to save its record. 2.1.Validation of the order's acceptance of the General Conditions of sale. Times and exact locations of appointments and schedules for the use of the track (session laps - parade and races) will be posted on the site as soon as the organizers and especially the ACO have published them (about 15 days before the event). Reminder: You must go to the controls of the 24 hours le Mans circuit with your tickets and passes, access being under control of the ACO. 7 -your identity card to present at the request of the volunteers of the official Porsche clubs who will give you your ticket -Licence valid for all drivers wishing to drive the car over the two days of the event -The Porsche vehicle grey card (or another vehicle if you are not a Porsche). -a certificate of motor insurance valid covering the vehicle and all its users for all damages, immaterial and personal injury that may be caused to third parties, including inside the le Mans circuit. Dress code : into the paddocks in which you access with your past Porsche Club + paddocks, must be elegant and relaxed, a city or elegant sports outfit is recommended (not Tong, marcel, shorts and even less "topless"). Article 6 - payment The settlement of orders can be made by credit card via a system of secure payment online ( Monetico ), at the end of your order on the site or by bank transfer in the following days < 10 days limit. A - Credit card payment : Payment by credit card via the internet booking site. The debit is made once the payment. C - Payment by bank transfer Payment by bank transfer is within a maximum of 10 days once you have validated your order on the website. If the transfer is not received within this time, the order will be automatically cancelled. The transfer must be carried out (indicating in reference the order number shown on the order confirmation ) to the following account: Article 7 - Right of withdrawal and cancellation The 'customer' has a period of fourteen days after saving an order to cancel it and thus to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify motives or to pay penalties, with the exception, if any, return fees of documents that then we would have to expose. Beyond this period and until April 30th 2018, 20% of the total amount of the order will be charged and held by the Porsche Clubs of France as a cancellation fee. Between the 1 St of May and june 15 th 20180, the rate will be 50% of the total price of the order. From June 16 th 2018, no cancellation of order may be subject to a refund. Cancellation insurance can compensate for situations of major impediment ( hospital, major injuries or close family death : you will have to prove by certificate. For these reason an Cancellation Insurance is proposed in the website : 40 all-in price. Article 8 - Information Service For any information or question, our Service is at your disposal. Article 9 - Protection of distinctive signs of the Porsche brand All distinctive signs reproduced on the site are registered and belong to the Porsche group: therefore any use of such trademarks (brands, acronyms, logos, signs, social and commercial names, photos, fonts, etc.) would be an illicit use.

8 Participants may not present with a vehicle displaying an advertisement, except the name of the Porsche club - including the brand of the manufacturer - any other distinctive sign, any banner or advertising action is prohibited inside of the circuit of the Mans on the premises assigned to the Le Mans Classic event. Article 10 - Applicable law - cancellation - litigation & Force Majeure This contract is subject to French law. In case of dispute with professionals and/or traders, Court of Pontoise (France) will be competent. In case of dispute with a consumer, the french courts will be only qualified. Responsibility for the Porsche Clubs of France could not be committed in the event of cancellation of the Le Mans Classic 2018 event for cause of force majeure (article 1148 of the civil code). Cancellation of the event: Federation of clubs Porsche of France reserve it right to cancel totally or partially its program: in this case, the registration fees strictly related to the program of Porsche clubs will be full refund participants, excluding any other compensation whatever, including the ticket office of access for persons and cars provided by the Organizer Peter Auto/SAVH. Federation of clubs Porsche of France cannot be held responsible for a partial or total of the Le Mans Classic event cancellation by the ACO or the general Organizer Peter Auto/SAVH managers. The General conditions of sale of the Le Mans Classic 2018 are available on the site Article 11 - liability and insurance The "customer" says be in compliance with regulations for the circulation motor, i.e. holder of the B permit that is valid on the day of the event and hold a liability insurance civil/all damages covering the vehicle used and all of its users for all damages, immaterial and personal injuries that may be caused to third parties including inside the motor circuits of le Mans and all facilities assigned to the Le Mans Classic event. In addition the 'customer' recognizes that any damage caused to places of traffic infrastructure will be responsible in all circumstances or parking borrowed by his vehicle, as well as damage to the vehicle. "Customer" who subscribed to sessions of laps on the circuit shall verify that he has a consistent insurance for driving on closed circuit motor vehicles and submit the specific certificate in case of control by Organizer: a model of the certificate type and mentions it must reproduce is accessible on the site reservation and order ' information practices-insurance ".
