4 Produced with flat copper conductors in bare or tin-plated Earthing straps MB Our earthing straps are made of flat copper conductors with either bare or tin-plated wires and to either DIN or DIN Part 3 compliant standard, with the ends hot dip tinned and with holes. The ends can also be fitted with a radius that you specify. Upon request, we can also supply round copper conductors or round copper braids with one or both ends hot dip tinned. Fitted insulating sleeve or an additional heat-shrinkable tube is also an option. Please send us your designs or specifications, or provide us with dimension based on the outline below. 5 Produced with flat copper conductors with tin-plated, silver-plated or nickel-plated copper wires Current leads SB Our current leads are made of flat copper conductors with bare or tinplated, silver-plated or nickel-plated wires and to either DIN or DIN Part 3 compliant standard, ends being fitted with terminals with or without holes, or with cable lugs. Fitting of one or more intermediate terminals or combinations (terminal on one side and cable lug on the other) is also an option. An insulating sleeve or an additional heat-shrinkable tube (over the entire length or only partially) can also be fitted upon request. Connectors VB Our connectors are made of round copper conductors with either bare or tin-plated, silver-plated or nickel-plated wires and to DIN compliant standard, ends being fitted with terminals with or without holes, or with cable lugs. Combinations (terminal on one side and cable lug on the other) are also optional. An insulating sleeve or an additional heat-shrinkable tube (over the entire length or only partially) can also be fitted upon request. We can also use insulated cable in the manufacture of connectors. In this case, please specify the required cable type and insulation material precisely. 7 Copper welding parts Copper cutting parts KST We cut round copper conductors, copper braids and flat copper conductors to the lengths that you specify and, if required, also twist them into rings. These copper products may also be welded at both ends or, if you require, welded to components that you provide. No.: number of tinsel threads per stranding element Materials Along with the E-Cu and OF-Cu materials, with bare, tin-plated or silver-plated, we use copper alloys such as copper-cadmium (Cu-Cd) because of their high mechanical strength properties. According with the increased environmental protection requirements, however, we have also developed new varieties with heavy metal free copper alloys. Along with great flexibility, all our tinsel conductors show a very good flex life and exceptionally high tensile strength thanks to its special composition. Favourite areas of application are flexible leads for telephones and small electrical appliances, as well as coil-cords for loudspeakers. It is approved by all well-known loudspeaker manufacturers. A twist-free and hot fanning out material is guaranteed thanks to the use of a special production method. Special versions: with a tin-plated or silver-plated surface with a different cross-section with a larger or smaller outside diameter. Versions without any textil thread are available for fully automatic welding-based processing methods.
