3 ORDERING & SUPPORT Ordering: Carriage: Orders should be faxed through to: +44 (0) Or ed to UK Distributors Minimum number of cartons for a carriage free order is 10 cartons This will normally be shipped on a next day carrier. Orders under 10 cartons will be subject to a charge of 4.50 per carton. Pre book &: Bulk Orders Discounts for pre-booked orders and a large order discount are given below: Pre-book discount of 6% is offered on containers of aprons/ tabards or shirts/blouses. Please see the pre-book spread sheet for details. Bulk discount 200 delivered cartons - 2% Order cut off: EU Distributors Minimum number of cartons for a carriage free order is 20 cartons This will normally be shipped on a 3-5 day carrier. Orders under 20 cartons will be subject to a charge of 8 per carton. We will always endeavour to ship your order the day it is received, however please place your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Orders placed after 2pm can not be guaranteed Discontinued: Products Price Reductions: In return for its distributors loyalty when Premier discontinues product we accept back anything you still have left in stock for a full credit. Distributors are required to hold stock of 95% of SKU s to retain this benefit. All returns must comply with our returns procedure detailed on page 13. Should Premier lower the buying price of its items this change will be effective immediately. This is to allow the distributor the full benefit of the change for as long as possible before the selling price is lowered. Page 3

4 LARGE USER SCHEME Premier has introduced a large order scheme designed to make Premier more competitive on large orders. The scheme involves Premier shipping products direct to your customers on orders of 15 cartons or more. How the scheme will operate: Example: Current Price List Suggested Carton Distributor Price Distributor Margin PR150 Aprons % The customer receives 16% off the suggested carton price for ordering 15 cartons or more of selected Premier styles listed below. Premier will ship direct to the customer, from its warehouse and will pay for the cost of carriage. The distributor invoices the customer as a ship direct order. The distributor will be invoiced by Premier for the goods with a discount of 5% off the normal distributor buying price. This equates to a 15.3% gross profit margin for the distributor for handling the order without having to handle the goods. All orders must be shipped to a 3 rd party address in mainland UK only. All orders must be paid for by the distributor on 7 days and will qualify for the normal settlement discount. All product ordered must be from Premier s available free stock (product will not be back ordered at the large order scheme price). All orders must be made up of full cartons only (one colour one style per carton). Stock to be received as one whole order and not split to different destinations. Orders can be placed until 2pm, by fax or and will be despatched that day, for next working day delivery. Please mark orders clearly with LARGE USER SCHEME. Any shipment of orders to a 3 rd party address and subsequent movement of the goods back to the distributors warehouse will be viewed as the distributor not acting in the spirit of the scheme and may bar them from future participation. 6 The Premier Logo is Premier Clothing Ltd s registered trademark for its range of corporate and workwear items. Please ensure it is displayed correctly. Option 1. Only to be used when displayed against a white background, no key-line is required. Option 2. To be used when the logo is displayed against a light background or photograph, please ensure it is displayed with a blue keyline as shown. The Easy care logo indicates where we have used fabrics which have been chosen for their high levels of wash ability, stability, soil resistance and appearance. Our ever popular Oxford shirts & blouses now incorporate our Wrinkle Free finish, helping to enhance the garments look and appearance. Option 3. When displayed against a blue background the logo can be displayed in its opposite colour way. Coolmax fabric has been incorporated into a new Premier style. The unique composition of this fabric moves perspiration quickly to the outside where it evaporates, and provides ultimate comfort for the wearer. Please see Page 9 for more information. The cotton rich logo is shown against styles which contain a high content of cotton, giving blend of fabric which has the performance and colour retention of man-made fibres, combined with the comfort of cotton. The pure cotton logo is shown where the fabric is of 100% cotton. These fabrics give superior comfort to the wearer and excellent absorption when used in our aprons. We have incorporated Klopman fabric into our key styles. Klopman have set the fabric quality standard for the workwear industry and have built a reputation on fabric excellence. Chosen for its superior durability, colour fastness and shade consistency, Klopman fabric manages to prolong the life and style of products manufactured from this superior material. Klopman fabric now carries the EU s Eco Label standard The EU Eco-label scheme has been introduced to help consumers make informed and reliable choices about the products they buy. At the same time it aims to promote the sustainable production and consumption and stimulate the supply and demand of a wide range of products with a reduced environmental impact. The fabric used to make this garment has been independently verified by the European Union as having been manufactured in an environmentally responsible and sustainable way The Fairtrade logo symbolises those garments that are made with 100% Certified Fairtrade Cotton. Fairtrade is a well known logo and important for ethical consumers and businesses. The logo proves that we are passing on the benefits of sales to the farmers so that they get the maximum benefit. We want to work hard to help those less fortunate than ourselves and feel that we can not exploit the raw materials available in other countries without fully compensating them. The OEKO-TEX Standard 100 is an independent test and certification system for textile raw, intermediate and end products at all stages of processing. The tests for harmful substances cover: legally banned and controlled substances; chemicals known to be harmful to the health (but not yet legally controlled); parameters for health protection. Taken in their entirety, the requirements go far beyond existing national legislation. Page 6

7 What is Klopman? Klopman have set the quality and fabric standard for the workwear industry and have built a reputation on fabric excellence. Chosen for its superior durability, colour fastness and shade consistency, Klopman fabric manages to prolong the life and style of the products manufactured from this super material. Klopman now carries the EU s Eco-label standard. The EU Eco-label scheme has been introduced to help consumers make informed reliable choices about the products they buy. At the same time it aims to promote the sustainable production and consumption and stimulate the supply and demand of a wide range of products with a reduced environmental impact. For example, all liquid byproducts in the production of the Klopman range are neutralised before discharge into an on-site effluent treatment plant and wherever possible water is recycled. The whole Klopman range also carries the Oko Tex Standard 100 Confidence in textiles which promotes the use of environmentally friendly materials and manufacturing methods. This also ensures conformity to the European Directive relating to Azo colourants. Klopman Indestructible 245gsm is established as Europe's top selling men's workwear fabric, Indestructible (and the lighter weight Superbandmaster 210gsm) have been specifically developed to meet the stringent performance criteria demanded for high temperature industrial laundering and garment rental contracts. As well as being extremely durable and hardwearing both fabrics also offer exceptional colour consistency and stability to help ensure that garments retain their smart appearance. Klopman Superbandmaster 210 gsm - Klopman polyester cotton with crease resist finish. This fabric has exceptional colour consistency and stability and like the heavier Indestructible, it has protective and performance qualities. It is perfect for our range of aprons and tabards. Premier uses a variety of Klopman fabrics for its work and hospitality ranges that are appropriate for different working environments. Page 7

8 Coolmax is a high tech fabric specifically and uniquely engineered to keep users dry and comfortable. Coolmax fabrics are made from specially engineered polyester fibres from ADVANSA with an increased surface area. This special four-channel or six-channel fibre forms a transport system that pulls moisture away from the skin to the outer layer of the fabric. It then dries that moisture faster than other fabrics to thermo-regulate the body by evaporative cooling.
