2 Face-Mill Cutter for Small Machines Tool Insertion Heating: Heat the holder with hot air for about 3 minutes. Attachment: Insert tool into the hole, which has been expanded by the heat. Fixing: The holder fixes the tool in place by cooling and clamping tightly. Tool Removal Detachment: The clamped tool can be removed by re-heating. Features Less Run Out Holding Ability Under 5µm The HY-PRO shrink reduces run out and provides consistent precision. The holder, which is light weight and has good balance, is also suitable for high-speed operations. Compared to other tool holders such as the collet type, this holder has stronger holding ability, and can successfully hold tools during high load operations. 2

8 Do-It-Yourself Extensions Notes If necessary, the shape of the shrink extension can be easily modified. This design provides the best holder shape for operations that have major interference with work materials. 1. The shape of the flush collet cannot be adjusted. 2. Other adjustments should be based on the ranges described below. (wall thickness should be at least 1.5mm) 3. DO NOT change the overall length. 4.
