2 What is the RSR??? Required of all Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Funded Providers The window for submitting the 2015 Interim RSR to the AIDS Institute ends Friday, November 13, Final 2015 RSR due to AIDS Institute beginning of 2016!

3 What is Included? The Grantee Report: Information regarding the recipient of the funds. This can be New York State (Part B); New York City (Part A); or an individual provider that is directly funded (Part C or Part D) The Provider Report: Information on each provider receiving a subcontract from the major grantees such as NYS (all of our Part B providers and contractors) The Eligible Scope Client Level Data (CLD): Information from each provider on the clients who received the types of services that RW Funds during the reporting period. This is a new scope of clients from previous reporting periods.

7 RSR Service Information Form- Information is entered here once. It can be edited when needed.

8 New for 2015 Eligible Scope RSR!!! RSR Funded Service Categories Ryan White Part B Service Categories will be automatically selected based on AIDS Institute Planning File and cannot be changed!

9 New for 2015 Eligible Scope RSR!!! RSR Funded Service Categories Agencies are responsible for selecting all Service Categories that RW funds in the RSR Reporting Year. Data for Services Categories may or may not be entered into AIRS!!!

10 The CLIENT LEVEL DATA (CLD) is generated from intakes, histories, and services entered into the AIRS database. It includes demographics, service data and clinical status measures. Medical Clients require the greatest level of detail and follow up. New for 2015!!! Clients must meet RW Eligibility Requirements! HIV + <435% Federal Poverty Level (FPL) New York State Resident Clients that do not have this information entered or verified in 2015 will not be included in the report!!

12 What does my agency need to do??? RSR Funded Service Categories Review RW B Service Categories (Automatically Selected) Select all other Service Categories that RW funds at your agency in RSR Reporting Year

13 What does my agency need to do??? Review The RSR Completeness Reports

14 What does my agency need to do??? Warning! You must enter a 2015 record in the RSR Funded Service Categories Screen before running any RSR Completeness Reports!!!

15 What does my agency need to do??? Run the RSR Client List List of Clients that will be reported in the RSR Programs that contain Clients and ed in the RSR are also identified

16 What does my agency need to do??? Run New Output Option! RSR Client List Clients who received reportable services but are not eligible for RSR Reporting

17 What does my agency need to do??? Run New Output Option! RSR Client List Clients who received reportable services but are not eligible for RSR Reporting

18 What does my agency need to do??? Run the RSR Client Detail Report Question by question information on what is being reported in the RSR for each client. Output options include: Client Demographics, Client Clinical Information, Client Details

19 What does my agency need to do??? Run RSR Missing Data Report by Client Produces a grid-like report including reportable clients with missing or unknown responses.

20 What does my agency need to do??? Run RSR Missing Data Report by Client Automatically creates CSV Spreadsheet RSRMissing Data.csv to rsr_extracts folder in AIRS Directory!

21 What does my agency need to do??? Review and update Client Histories & Services data for completeness using the Update Tickler!

22 What does my agency need to do??? Data Verification When data has not changed from one reporting period to the next reporting period, agencies may have the option of marking select records as Verified.

23 Key Points of Data Verification! Only allowed for two years from Effective Date/Date Asked. There is a limited number of verifications allowed for each record. Verified Records CANNOT be deleted/removed! Verification is an Optional workflow. New Data is ALWAYS Welcome! If you are not sure if a record should be verified DO NOT VERIFY!

27 RSR Client Assessment Analysis For Clinical (Medical) Clients at Outpatient Ambulatory Service Providers Check number of visits for accuracy!

30 The Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Generating the RSR (Client Level Component) - In the Extracts section, select RSR- Ryan White /Extract - RSR Extract Zip files are to be submitted to AIDS Institute via HCS
