6 TERMS OF SALES Each purchase order must be formalized by an order form duly completed. It is necessary to complete a purchase order form per car or kit. A proof of bank transfer referring to the down payment of must be attached to the purchase order. No order will be validate without this deposit. If the paying customer is different from the customer charged, the payer must establish a certificate authorizing Racing Shop to charge a different person or a different entity. Any bank transfer must be done to the bank account below: From reception of an order form, Racing Shop informs its customer about the delivery date of the built Citroën C3 R5, ready to run. This delivery will be take place in the Peugeot Citroën Racing Shop at Gonesse (France, 95). Our customer have to organize transport with truck or trailer able to collect the Citroën C3 R5. Incoterms: Ex-Work (freight and delivery not included and should be organized and arranged by the customer) Two weeks before planned delivery date, the customer has to proceed to the complementary bank transfer to pay the completeness of the order amount. At the customer's request, a pro-forma invoice could be established. In the event of this final payment not being received in time, we reserve the option to sell the kit/car to the next customer. Peugeot Citroën Racing Shop does not deliver any part from the kit before the complete payment of the kit by the customer. The delivery day, the customer has to respect scrupulously the current safety standards in particular in term of protection and transport. Racing Shop presents to his customer the invoice for the Citroën C3 R5 vehicle purchase as well as the other possible documents relative to the vehicle. French registration documents could be sent further. The possible missing parts will be shipped as soon as possible to the customer, at the expense of Peugeot Citroën Racing Shop.
