2 STANDARD FEATURES. Coils are constructed of / copper tube-aluminum fin material.. Sloped stainless steel drain pan (field reversible).. Blower wheels are direct drive DWDI forward curve.. Cabinets are fabricated of heavy gauge galvanealed steel, specially coated inside and out with Magic Aire Polar Ice textured baked powder enamel coating before assembly. (Optional colors available). 5. Closed-cell insulation absorbs operating sound and eliminates fiberglass from air stream. 6. Construction ensures vibration-free operation at all fan speeds. 7. Permanent split capacitor/three-speed motors. 8. Optional outside air damper (maximum 50%) is field or factory installed when specified on production orders. 9. 16 ENGINEERING SPECIFICATIONS Cabinets shall be fabricated of LFQ (min) steel. External parts are to be made with a polyurethane based powder coated A60 galvanealed, while internal parts are to be built from G90 galvanized steel. Units shall pass 500 hour salt spray test as described in ASTM B-7. Coils are to be tested at 500 PSI for operation at 00 PSI guage. All water coils have air vents. Fan wheel bearings shall be self aligning, sealed cartridge, permanently lubricated ball bearings that provide dependable fan operation for an average life of 00,000 hours (belt drive only) Variable pitch motor sheaves.
