37 ADDED SERVICES Cutting: Tubecon can reduce the pressure on your production time by doing the cutting for you, our cutting tolerance is +/- 0.2mm. Straight and mitre cuts can be done to the customer s specifications. Flaring: We also have another added service, thus enabling our customers to secure his own design, flaring for the lancing industry is done on a regular basis. Flaring can be done for other applications other than the lancing industry. Swaging: The leisure industry (Tent poles, gazebos etc) benefit with this added service as a one stop service is provided- the complete product can be delivered. Pressure testing: Tubecon is equipped to pressure test to 100, Bar recognised by SABS standards. Threading: Threading can be done on the outside of the tube starting from a wall thickness of 2.0mm and upwards, with a outside diameter of between 20 to 50mm. Threading on conduit tubing can be don from a wall thickness of 1.6 and an outside diameter of 20.0mm and upwards. Engineering Services: Tubecon has in-house engineers which strives to accomodate custom engineering for special requirements. Page 32

38 ADDENDUM A TUBE SPECIFICATIONS AND TOLERANCES 1. Profiles with wall thicknesses from 0.7mm to 8mm can be accommodated. Tubecon can roll-form these sections from various materials, including Z275 and Z450 (pre-galvanized materials), 3CR12 (stainless steel), Domex, TM 700,S355, SAE1008 and SAE1010. Tubecon can roll-form light to heavy gauge profiles within customer specified tolerances. Profiles such as top hats, Z-purlins, non standard lip channels and other open sections can be cold rolled and cut to size from various materials. Cold rolled angle iron, unequal angle and flat bar are also possible. The following value adding operations are available: 1) Cut to length: The profile can be cut to length within specified tolerances. 2) Punching: Punching can be done according to customer's specifications.
