2 Introducing Grifco s New Range of Direct Drive Poultry Winches The new range of Grifco Direct Drive Poultry Winches have been specifically designed for the electric lifting of feed, drink and perch lines in typical poultry sheds. Backed by a 5 warranty from Australia s largest manufacturer of poultry winches, you can expect years of reliable, hardworking service from a Grifco winch. The Cable Winch is designed for heavy lifting. It features a solid steel cable drum and is rated to lift an impressive 800kg of line. The innovative Belt Winch is ideal for drinker lines, rated to lift 400kg. It s strong belt offers 4m of lifting, meaning it can be mounted high in the apex of common sized poultry sheds. Our new winch range is Australian made and independently tested to comply with the stringent requirements of relevant standards as listed below. This simpler approach removes the need for chain driving the winch, delivering a smooth, consistent lifting speed. Extremely Robust and Durable Construction A high quality motor and gearbox are fitted to an Australian made, 6mm rigid steel frame. The Cable Winch features a solid one-piece directional cable shaft, whereas the Belt Winch features a strong, durable belt with 4m lifting height. Belt Winch Innovation The Belt Winch is ideal for drinker lines and ventilation applications. It offers a lighter, simpler alternative to the Cable Winch. The various mounting configurations lends itself to many applications.
