2 Issue (EAME) ATTACHMENTS - FACTORY AND FIELD INSTALLED 5G and 5GH Series Tractor-1 ATTACHMENTS - FACTORY AND FIELD INSTALLED A short description and recommendation of some of the various factory and field installations is given. This is done to help the sales person to recommend the best combination of equipment to the customer. Where factory installation codes or field installation bundle numbers were not available, they will be made available as soon as possible. Please note that the information, codes bundle numbers are given for reference only, the current price list must be the only official ordering document. 1 HYDRAULICS SELECTIVE CONTROL VALVES - SCV The 5G Series offers customers up to 3 SCV s with an improved hydraulic system that uses flat face fittings and revised pipe routings for greater reliability and durability. The auxiliary hydraulic line is simply pushed into place where it will lock itself into position and when it needs to be released the operator simply pulls the hydraulic line and it will automatically release from the coupler. This saves the operator time in connecting and disconnection auxiliary hydraulic lines. When equipped with two or more SCV s the second SCV is always a high performance SCV. The reduced internal leakage of this SCV provides more holding capacity when working with a rear loader or holding the baler pick-up in position during transport. There are a number of field installation kits available to upgrade the tractor SCV s in the field. The H4 beltline lights are necessary for road travel whenever the normal headlights are obscured by a front loader or front mounted implement. 2.2 BEACON LIGHTS The beacon light is available for field installation and is a legal requirement in some countries to comply with local traffic regulations. The beacon light is mounted in the center at the rear of the ROPS or of the cab roof and is foldable backwards to prevent breakage if driving into low barns. If the tractor is ordered ex factory without a beacon light the basic wiring preparation is still included. 5 Issue (EAME) ATTACHMENTS - FACTORY AND FIELD INSTALLED 5G and 5GH Series Tractor-4 3 MISCELLANEOUS 3.1 OPERATOR S STATION Second External Mirror All OOS tractors are equipped with a single fixed length mirror with manually adjustable angles on the left hand side of the ROPS. The mechanical hitch has a stiff operation and requires a number of turns of fully raise the hitch. This combination provides a safety function to prevent large accidental hitch or implement movements. As an option all OOS tractors can be equipped with a second mirror mounted on the right hand side of the ROPS ER Mechanical Remote Control for 3-point hitch Note:Not orderable with Electronic Hitch Remote Control (code 9805) ER nd mirror on the RH side of 2-post ROPS Sun Roof Models: without cab: 5080G and 5090G 9500 ER nd mirror on the RH side of 4-post ROPS Models: without cab: 5080G, 5090G and 5090 GH Mechanical Remote Control for 3-point hitch A 3-point hitch remote control is conveniently mounted on the right rear fender, giving the operator a full control of the rockshaft from either the inside or outside of the tractor operator station. ER Sun roof for 4-post ROPS Note:Tractor has to be equipped with a 4-post ROPS.

6 Issue (EAME) ATTACHMENTS - FACTORY AND FIELD INSTALLED 5G and 5GH Series Tractor-5 Super Deluxe Air Suspension Seat Rear window wiper The front window wiper is in base equipment and provides a single wiping speed with washer. The length of the wiper arm is adjustable so you can set the wiper to clean move of the top or bottom of the window. The Super Deluxe Air Suspension Seat provides an excellent driving position and superior operator comfort for long workings days in rough terrain. The seat features: Air Suspension with 80 mm travel Height adjustable for operators from 50 kg to 130 kg Slidable forward and back for 180 mm Mechanical lumbar support Arm rests Longer back and head rests Seat belt Code Bundle 9178 ER Description Super Deluxe Air Suspension Seat with seat belt, arm rests, longer back and head rests The optional rear window wiper with washer provides single speed wiping of the rear window in wet weather to maintain good rearward visibility to implements or trailers ER Rear window wiper for field installation Note:Only for CAB versions (code 0020 or 0025). Radio Preparation and Antenna installation - Speakers Models: cab only: 5080G, 5090G and 5090 GH Note:Only for CAB versions (code 0020 or 0025). Note:Can only be installed in combination with Electronic Hitch Remote Control (code 9805). The cab is prepared radio ready ex factory. This includes the antenna, covered speaker slots (no speakers), wiring harnesses with connections for the radio and speakers. The following two speaker kit is available for field installation. The cup holder can adjust to hold various size cups and be neatly folded away when not in use. 8 Issue (EAME) ATTACHMENTS - FACTORY AND FIELD INSTALLED 5G and 5GH Series Tractor CHASSIS PARTS Turnable Front Fenders for 4WD tractors John Deere offers turnable front fenders to protect against dirt without impacting your steering angle. These fenders stop at the frame and turn while the tires proceed moving until the maximum steering angle is reached. The turning circle is similar to tractors without fenders. The kit include the left-hand and right-hand fenders as well as all needed mounting parts and is easy to install in the field. Rear Fender Extensions These rear fender extensions are available to provide greater coverage of wide wheels and protect the cab from dirt and debris. They help to keep doors, windows and other exterior areas of the cab clean ER Rear Fender Extensions Note:for left-hand and right-hand side Chock Blocks Chock Blocks are available to provide secure parking of the vehicle in sloped areas ER Turnable Front Fenders Models: 5080G and 5090G Note:Only for tractors with 4WD. This system has a pre-braking function that applies pressure to the implement brakes that is proportionally to the pressure applied to the brake pedal. The field kit below permit the tractors to be retro-fitted with a hydraulic trailer brake valve. Tool box An external tool box has the capacity to hold tools and a selection of linkage balls, hitch pins and linchpins for implement attachment ER Hydraulic trailer brake valve, EEC Note:This option is not available for Italy ER Tool box Note:The tool box is not available for the 5GH with MFWD.
