2 Presentation One-piece shell construction made from spot welded steel. Steel sheet 7/10 used for the cupboard top, base, back, inner walls, shelves and outer walls. Double walls : 0.7 mm thick. Cupboard plinth made from 1.2 mm thick steel and reinforced with a brace. Incorporates 4 stabilizer feet adjustable through 25 mm and accessible from inside the cupboard. Quick and easy to adjust even when loaded (Allen key supplied). Alignment markings incorporated on the inside walls to facilitate positioning of shelves Double-slat coloured PVC tambour doors, certified M1 fire-resistant and dyed in the mass. Auto-lubricated guide rail made from a single piece of polypropylene ensuring a smooth and quiet sliding action. The magnetic end slat, made of shet steel 12/10, garantees an improved joining of closed doors. 5 5 TShelves made from 0.6 mm thick sheet steel, held in position by 4 metal dowels. The underside of the shelves is designed to receive suspension files. Shelves feature a structural reinforcement rule spanning the central section. Telescopic filing cradles Cradles are equipped with an anti-tilt mechanism. Comprises 2 ball bearing runners and a metal frame suitable to house a range of accessories. The cradle pulls out to a %. For more than 2 cradles in the same cupboard, the anti-tilt mechanism avoids the cupboard from tipping over (impossible to open several cradles simultaneously). For security reasons and for the proper functioning, the number of cradles per cupboard is limited to 3 and the installation height should not be higher than 130 cm. Maximum load per cradle : 60 kg. Height : 7.3 cm and depth : 34.8 cm. The cradles can house suspension files horizontally or vertically or can be fitted with multi-purpose storage containers. Suspension files can be stored laterally or front-facing thanks to the optional cross-pieces. Available from stock in W. and and on request in W. and 60 cm. 12 Standards The ARIV cupboards have obtained the following certificates (see annexed certificates) : GS certification that integrates both technical and quality assurance requirements. NF Office Excellence certification. This standard specifies the mechanical requirements (product solidity), finishes (product durability) and security and comfort (respect for the user). Quality is followed up over time. They are therefore compliant with the main office furniture standards : - NF-D62-D041 - NF EN &3 that tests the physical and mechanical characteristics of the structure - NF EN that establishes the tests for the determination of the durability of mobile parts The tambour doors are certified fire-resistant M1. The cupboards are produced with respect for the environment and sustainability. The production unit is situated in the European Union and works with European partners and suppliers that respect the prevailing reglementations concerning work conditions and the respect of security standards. The material used The steel used for the production of NAVERT cupboards is partially recycled. The cardboard used for packaging is fully recyclable. The cupboards are designed in such a way that all metal components can be separated from other materials to improve recycling after dismantling. Production unit To minimize the use of energy, commodities and natural resources, the production unit of the cupboards has drawn up a number of measures. All of the sites waste is sorted and redirected to recycling circuits (steel sheet, tambour doors, cardboard.), or for energy recovery (wood) or for controled destruction (oils, paint, baths and treatment residue.) The installations do not reject liquid and the epoxy powder coating emits only very low quantities of VOC. Quality management corresponds with the way an entity is organised in order to ensure that its products or services are compliant with the clients requirements. Therefore this standard is the result of an international consensus regarding the best way to work on client satisfaction, thus sustaining and developing the organisation. Based on the principle of continuous improvement (or the Deming circle), it s intention is to identify, verify and master the environmental aspects of all organisms and specify how to control the entire system. These are first-rate products, benefiting from superior build quality and design (compliant with the most stringent quality standards such as the NF Bureau Sécurité Confortique (F)). The production facilities undergo a yearly inspection. To optimize the sustainability of this product, it is recommended that the tambour door guide rails are greased periodically with officinal petroleum jelly. A drop of vaseline oil added every year in the cylinder lock mechanism will optimize use for many years. For cleaning and maintenance purposes we recommend the use of non-abrasive products, preferably water-based, containing a light detergent, soap or alcohol (e.g. glass cleaner), A quick clean of the tambour doors is recommended when liquid stains are detected. We commit to stocking spare pieces and parts (by the unit) to enable the repair or replacement of components, for up to 5 years after the furniture product range ceases production; slight differences in shade or colour may nonetheless be possible. This item of furniture is over 97% recyclable. Once the product has reached the end of its usable life, we recommend that you return it to one of our facilities where it can be dismantled efficiently: all elements containing combined materials can be disassembled into their component parts, and the nature of plastics weighing over 50 g is clearly marked on the parts. In France, the eco-organisation Valdélia (www. valdelia.org) can provide assistance in determining how best to manage the disposal of large volumes of office furniture.
