GENERAL & LOCATION Hanoi Hanoi Hai Phong Damen Song Cam is based in Hai Phong City, the heart of the Red River delta, the

Damen Song Cam officially opened on March 20, 2014 as a joint venture between Damen Shipyards Group (70%) in the Netherlands and

3 GENERAL & LOCATION Hanoi Hanoi Hai Phong Damen Song Cam is based in Hai Phong City, the heart of the Red River delta, the industrial city and the main port in the north of Vietnam in the north of Vietnam. Hai Phong is approx. 100 km East from Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. The yard has direct and unrestricted access to the sea and up to 500m of the yard is located adjacent to the Cam River. Damen Song Cam officially opened on March 20, 2014 as a joint venture between Damen Shipyards Group (70%) in the Netherlands and Song Cam Shipbuilding Joint Stock Company (30%), member of SBIC. The yard covers an area of 43 hectares in total. The yard is currently exclusively an outfitting yard with joint venture partner Song Cam as a main hull supplier. Damen Song Cam Ho Chi Minh

6 FACILITIES 1. OFFICE BUILDING Western design office building. Length x Width = 85 m x 15.5 m 4 floors (G, 1, 2, 3). System of reception, offices, meeting rooms, training room, canteen, pantries, stores, elevators, etc. Central air conditioning system for the whole building.

7 FACILITIES 2. OUTFITTING HALL Length x Width = 120 m x 85 m Structural Hall divided into 4 bays Per bay 3x 25t gantry crane; in total 12 pcs. Mega doors: 6 units 16 m x 20 m. Working platforms at 5 meter & 8 meter levels, including stores, offices, swing arms, utility connections (power, compressed air, gases).

The paint shop consists of 2 bays, divided into 4 sections: All bays are fully equipped for painting, including ventilation, filters and

8 FACILITIES 3. PAINT SHOP Dimensions (L x W x H) = 75 m x 50 m x 26 m. In paint shop, the environment can be controlled. By heating, the relative humidity can be decreased, in order to guarantee top quality paint works. The paint shop consists of 2 bays, divided into 4 sections: All bays are fully equipped for painting, including ventilation, filters and heating. One of the bays is dedicated for blasting, including dust collector and wall protection. In the design of the paint shop is included offices, storage of paint, technical and compressed air rooms.
