XC with a 44 mm module base, XF with a 30 mm module base and XD with a 22 mm module base. All well fitted for heavier frameworks and machine stands, as well as light automation applications and enclosures. The diecast feet are available in three sizes. The slot nuts can be inserted anywhere along the T-slots, for simple attachment and easy relocation of devices. The nuts are self-centering and incorporate a small leaf spring to retain them in vertical positions. The large contact surface ensures stability and the strength and security required to withstand vibration. Angle brackets Die cast angle brackets connect beam ends to sides. They provide maximum stability and flexibility, and require short assembly time and minimum fabrication. A wide range of different angle brackets are available. Fastener yokes For flexible connections of both lightweight and support beams.these fastener yokes are compact and flexible, withstand considerable pulling forces and ensure vibration security. Mounting/Foot plates These plates are used for mounting support beam ends against beam sides, or as feet screwed directly into the floor. They slide along the T-slot, are compact and have excellent torsional stiffness. When used as a foot plate, it is intended for flat surfaces and lightweight or support beams. XCFS XFFS XDFS Adjusting feet The adjusting feet are either screwed to an end plate or mounted directly into beams or T-slot. They are adjustable and vibration absorbing. End caps The plastic endcaps has been designed to cover and protect the profile ends. The snapfit function makes the endcaps easy to insert and remove. 4 5

The entire range includes interchangeable enclosure profiles, sliding door profiles, multiblocks, hinges, handles, door lock kits, enclosure strips and conduit elements. XCEC/XDEF/XFEF /XFFA FlexLink engineering design - high quality ingenuity The enclosure connector kits contain everything needed to assemble your encapsulating system. They fit directly into the profiles with selftapping screws. An allen key is the only tool needed for mounting the T-connector into the profile end and tighten and secure it to the framework. The accessory range includes handles, hinges, a kit for security switches and a ball latch lock kit End caps The plastic end caps are designed to cover and protect corners and profile ends. A range of different plastic profiles can be inserted directly into the system. The profiles serve as rim strips, sliding door profile for twin panels, net profiles, cover strips and cover strips for doors. 6 7

6 Polyamide Wheels Come in two different basic forms. The T-slot version provides guidance, while the flat support does not. One of each type can be used side by side for parallel linear motions. The first type is for light applications while the profile elements are for heavier applications. The saddle is for linear motions with light load and low speed.
