3 h IMPORTANT SWIM MEET REMINDERS h > 8:00AM DEADLINE for POSITIVE CHECK-IN and RELAY ENTRIES. > All FORMS (relay entry & split request) are available at CHECK-IN. > Swimmers must be individually entered in the meet for relay participation eligibility. Relay team members must ALL be from the SAME club. Unattached swimmers are ineligible for relays. Mixed relays are comprised of 2 Men + 2 Women. Age of the youngest relay team member determines relay age group. > Submit RELAY ENTRIES to the COMPUTER table by 8:00AM deadline. > HEAT SHEETS & RESULTS will be posted at the SHALLOW end of the pool. > The Pre-Scratch Meet Timeline is an estimate. Once no-show swimmers and scratches are removed from the entry database, you can expect the meet to run about 5-10 minutes ahead of schedule. > Review RESULTS and report DISCREPANCIES to the computer table immediately. > Make sure to TOUCH the TOUCHPAD at the end of your swim (instead of reaching up to grab the gutter/bulkhead) so that your FINISH TIME is properly recorded. > Don t miss your heat! Listen to announcements and follow meet progress. Go to the bulkhead and stand behind your lane one heat early. Lanes are numbered 1-10 from right-to-left when you are standing behind the starting blocks. The backup timer will confirm that you are in the correct heat and lane. > Swimmers are permitted to dive from the bulkhead or start from an in-water pushoff instead of diving from the starting block if they wish. Simply notify the Head Referee or the Starter that you are in the next heat, what lane, and that you intend to do so. > We are on a strict timeline due to the scheduling of three back-to-back-to-back meets and cannot hold up the meet if you are late to the starting blocks or miss your heat. > AWARDS table is located at the SHALLOW end of the pool. Pick up your AWARDS right away (we are unable to mail any awards after the swim meet). > We wish everyone FAST times and FUN!
