The new SKF Lincoln brand PMV pumps excel in applications that range from the transfer of light fluids such as oils, solvents & adhesives, medium-viscosity materials such as RTV silicone, greases, plastisols, & inks, through to very heavy-viscosity materials such as ink flushes, epoxies & mastics. Having exceptional performance, long service life and low maintenance. The SKF Lincoln brand PMV pumps unique, modular design includes only five moving parts, providing a longer life, & making it easier to service in the field. The PMV pump can be utilised in all in three formats of material dispensing: Transfer, Measure and Flow - to meet the requirements of a number of demanding industries that require time-proven systems for application of their materials in manufacturing The SKF Lincoln brand High Pressure 5:1 PMV Pumps are not only brand used in the dispensing of medium to high viscosity materials they are also used in Lincoln CentroMatic or Quicklub lubrication systems in both fixed and mobile equipment and are designed to fit 2kg, 6kg and 18kg grease drums. The 5:1 grease pump can supply grease to the lubrication system at pressures up to 517bar, where lower pressures and greater flow is required the 25:1 pump is recommended. The PMV range also covers the full oil dispensing requirement. If a PMV pump is determined by JSG\SKF Lincoln, in its discretion, to be defective during the first year of the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced without charge. If a PMV pump is determined by JSG\SKF Lincoln, in its discretion, to be defective in years two (2) & three (3), the warranty on a PMV Pump is limited to repair with JSG\SKF Lincoln paying parts & labour only. If a PMV pump is determined by JSG\SKF Lincoln, in its discretion, to be defective in years four (4) & five (5), the warranty on a PMV Pump is limited to JSG\SKF Lincoln paying for the parts only.
