2 This manual is designed to ensure that your new bike rack can be assembled successfully. Most people find that by setting aside plenty of time, assembly will go smoothly. One person can assemble the bike rack, but two people are recommended. For help identifying parts, use the PART LIST and EXPLODED DRAWING. Place all parts in a cleared area and remove the packing materials. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed. Tighten all parts as you assemble them, unless instructed to do otherwise. Hex Key (Included) Adjustable Wrench (Not Included). Identify and orient the Front Frame(2) as shown. Attach it to the two Base Legs() with four M8x70mm Button Bolts(0), two M8 Spring Washers(3), four M8 Arc Washers() and two M8 Locknuts(6). Identify and orient the Back Frame(3) as shown. Attach it to the two Base Legs() in the same manner. Do not tighten the Button Bolts. 2

3 2. Attach the Middle Support Frame(5) to the Front Frame(2) and Back Frame(3) with four M8x55mm Button Screws(), four M8 Spring Washers(3), four M8 Arc Washers() and four M8 Plastic Washers(5). Identify and orient the Left Support Frame() and the Right Support Frame(6) as shown. Attach them to the Front Frame(2) and Back Frame(3) in the same manner. Tighten the M8x70mm Button Bolts used on step. 3. Attach an Upright Frame(7) to the Right Support Frame(6) with a M6x35mm Button Bolt(2), a M6 Arc Washer(9) and a M6 Locknut(20). Attach another Upright Frame(7) to the Left Support Frame() in the same manner. 20 3

4 . Orient the Top Frame(8) as shown. Slide and attach it to the two Upright Frames(7) with two M6x35mm Button Bolts(2), two M6 Arc Washers(9) and two M6 Locknuts(20). Press the two Caps(7) to the two Upright Frames(7) Hang the Tray(9) to the Top Frame(8). Make sure the indicated hooks all clasp the welded frame shown on the Top Frame(8). 6. Hang the four Accessory Hooks (8) to the Top Frame(8).

10 LIMITED WARRANTY SKYWALKER warrants its Bike Rack to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service conditions for (90) days after the date of purchase. All warranty coverage extends only to the original retail purchaser from the date of purchase. SKYWALKER s obligation under this Warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, at SKYWALKER s option, the product at one of its authorized service centers. All products for which a warranty claim is made must be received by SKYWALKER at one of its authorized service centers, freight prepaid, and accompanied by sufficient proof of purchase. All returns must be preauthorized by SKYWALKER. Preauthorization may be obtained by calling SKYWALKER s Customer Care Hot Line at Jump (5867). This Warranty does not extend to any product or damage to a product caused by or attributable to freight damage, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, or repairs not provided by a SKYWALKER authorized service center, or to products used for commercial or rental purposes.
