Food questions should be answered in this directions page or contact Host. All Gym sites will open at 8AM, Captains meeting at 8:15 or before, if all teams are in attendance. All teams must be in attendance at start in the event pool play is changed COACHES: Immediately upon arrival- find gym supervisor, check in, and get your coaches packet. Each coach will receive a Coaches Packet with Pool Format, line up sheets, score report forms. Coaches meeting will be 8: 15 prompt or before, if all teams are in attendance. TEAMS/PARENTS: Help our officials. The Palmetto Region this year has invested to hire professional officials to work as R1. Since they are there all day with little breaks, we are asking teams to offer them drinks and food- if everyone pitches in- should not be a burden on any one team. Thank you! All tournament schedules will be available on AES approximately 1-2 weeks prior to the tournament. We suggest downloading the AES app on your phone to easily keep up with results and future matches. General Tournament Information Read important rules here: Make sure you are aware of the Deadlines to drop from the event. These are posted on region website. Camden High School Address 1022 Ehrenclou Drive, Camden SC Information: No food or drink in gym area. Inside space for food tables. Information: Food tables are available outside of main gym. Seating: Bleacher seating is available in all gyms. Sport chairs allowed for additional seating in High School Wellness Center only. Parking Location: Parking lots available behind gym off Ehrenclou Drive and in front of the school. Spartanburg/Rock Hill

2 Charlestion Take exit 116 to merge onto I-77 toward Charlotte. Florence Turn right onto Hwy 521 toward Camden. Turn left in 1.3 miles on Ehrenclou Drive. Augusta Main gym (courts 1 and 2) entrance is off Ehrenclou Drive parking lot and York Street side. Wellness Center (court 3) is closest to York Street but can easily be reached from Ehrenclou Drive parking. Camden Middle School Address 902 McRae Road, Camden SC Special Rules: No ball handling allowed in any hall or lobby areas. Information: No food or drink in the gym area. Information: A room with tables is available for teams. Seating: Adequate bleacher seating is available. No sport chairs. Parking Location: Parking is located in the front of Camden Middle School.

4 Lugoff Elgin Middle School Address 1244 Hwy 1 South, Lugoff, SC Information: No food or drink in the gym area. Information: Food tables in hallway by the gym. Seating: Plenty of bleacher seating is available. Parking Location: Park in the parking lots in the front of the school. From Charleston: Take exit 116 to merge onto I-77 North toward Charlotte. From Florence: Travel 2.3 miles, then take a left onto US 1 (right before Markette). From Augusta:

Seating: Bleacher seating available. No sport chairs allowed. Parking Location: Parking in front of NCHS gyms off Lockhart Road. Rock Hill Get on Hwy 5 toward Lancaster. Continue onto Charlotte Highway. Take a slight right turn onto SC-9 toward Chesterfield/Camden. In 13 miles turn left onto Spring Street. In 5.6 miles keep right onto N Matson Street. In 1.5 miles turn right onto S Hampton Street. In 2.8 miles turn left onto Old Georgetown Road West. In 6.1 miles take a slight left onto Keys Lane. In.6 miles take a left onto Lockhart Road. You will see NCHS parking on your right. Charleston From I- 26, take I-20 East toward Florence, traveling through Columbia. Turn right on Lockhart Road (8 miles). North Central High School parking is on your right in 8.5 miles. Florence From Florence: Take exit 101 onto Road 329. In.4 miles continue onto Dr Humphries Road. In 1/3 miles, turn left onto Bishopville Hwy. In 3.1 miles, turn right onto Jefferson Davis Hwy. In 7.9 miles turn left onto Porter Road. In 6.2 miles take a slight right turn onto Lockhart Road. NCHS parking is on your right in.6 miles. Greenville/Spartanburg From I- 26, take I-20 East toward Florence, traveling through Columbia. Turn right on Lockhart Road (8 miles). North Central High School parking is on your right in 8.5 miles. The parking lot is on the side of the main gym (courts 1 and 2). Enter through the lobby on the left end. Court 3 can be reached from the main gym.
