Cash prizes of $600 and above may be claimed at any Texas Lottery Claim Center around the state. Call LOTTO ( ) or visit the Texas Lottery Web site at for more information. 2. All cash prizes must be claimed no later than 180 days after the end of game date. See your Texas Lottery retailer or visit for the end of game date. No cash equivalent will be given for any vehicle prize. HOW TO CLAIM YOUR HARLEY-DAVIDSON MERCHANDISE PRIZE PACKAGE 1. Harley-Davidson merchandise prize package winning tickets must be claimed at any Texas Lottery Claim Center. After a ticket has been validated by the Texas Lottery Commission, The Commission will check to verify that the claimant owes no debts under TEX. GOV T CODE (Deductions from Prizes), including, but not limited to, child support, student loans, or any tax or other money collected by the Comptroller, the Texas Workforce Commission or the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. If the claimant of a merchandise prize package is identified as owing an outstanding debt under TEX. GOV T CODE , the debt must be satisfied before the Texas Lottery Commission will begin the process of awarding the merchandise prize package. After all debts are satisfied, the Lottery will provide MDI Entertainment, LLC (MDI) with the winner s name, address, and phone

2 number of merchandise prize package winners. MDI shall deliver the Harley-Davidson merchandise prize package to the winner within ten (10) business days after the Texas Lottery provides them the fulfillment request. Please allow 2 3 weeks for delivery of your prize pack. 2. All non-cash prizes must be claimed no later than 180 days after the end of game date. See your Texas Lottery retailer or visit for the end of game date. No cash equivalent will be given for any vehicle prize or merchandise prize package, except as provided in paragraph 5 below. 3. Harley-Davidson merchandise prize packages may not be substituted for cash prizes. 4. The cost of travel to take possession of a Harley-Davidson merchandise prize package shall be the responsibility of the prize winner. 5. If the winner of a Harley-Davidson merchandise prize package is under the age of 21, they are considered a minor by definition under TEX. GOV T CODE Section (c) states that if a minor wins a prize other than prize money, the Texas Lottery shall pay the cash equivalent to an adult member of the minor s family or the minor s guardian as custodian for the minor. Payment of the cash equivalent of a prize other than prize money shall be made as a direct payment to the minor by depositing the amount of the prize in any bank to the credit of an adult member of the minor s family or the minor s guardian as custodian for the minor. 6. Harley-Davidson merchandise prize packages include the following items: Harley-Davidson Duffel Bag Harley-Davidson Desk Pen Set Harley-Davidson Wristwatch Harley-Davidson T-shirt (cotton, extra large, black) Harley-Davidson Sunglasses Harley-Davidson 4 (four) 12 oz Tervis Tumblers Harley-Davidson Suede Cap HOW TO CLAIM YOUR FORD HARLEY-DAVIDSON F-150 PICKUP TRUCK 1. Ford Harley-Davidson F-150 truck winning tickets must be claimed at any Texas Lottery Claim Center. After a ticket has been validated by the Texas Lottery Commission, The Commission will check to verify that the claimant owes no debts under TEX. 3 3. Ford Harley-Davidson F-150 truck prizes include required federal withholding tax, sales tax, dealer preparation charges and set-up fees. The Texas Lottery Commission is not responsible for any additional federal, state and/or local taxes or other fees. Any vehicle insurance or driver license required by applicable law is the responsibility of the prize winner. If the winner does not possess a valid current driver license, the vehicle must be removed by trailer equipment provided by the winner, at the winner s expense, or be driven by a person who does possess a valid current driver license. 4. Ford Harley-Davidson F-150 truck prizes may not be substituted for cash prizes. 5. If the winner of a Ford Harley-Davidson F-150 truck prize is under the age of 21, the winner is considered a minor by definition under TEX. Harley-Davidson Fat Boy motorcycle winners will receive the current year model of the vehicle. If the dealer invoice for the claimed motorcycle is less than $18,611.87, the claimant will receive a payment for the difference between the dealer invoice and $18, In addition, the Texas Lottery Commission will pay the required federal withholding tax H-D.
