The Cruise Control replaces the original handlebar end weights. The anti-slip knurled screw secures the accelerator in position. This significantly reduces the strain on the right hand during long journeys. Thanks to the continuous adjustment, the accelerator can also be fixed to decelerate very gently - leaving you enough time to take your hand off the handlebar for a moment without immediately losing throttle. 9 976 Mudguard Riser, Triumph Tiger 800 XC The original mudguard on the Triumph Tiger 800 XC is positioned very close to the front wheel. If you use TKC 80 or other similar enduro tyres, the gap gets even smaller. Then you ll find that even small patches of mud are a problem the mud builds up and the front wheel could lock. Touratech s riser for the original mudguard on the Triumph Tiger 800 XC is really easy to fit. A stainless steel adapter goes between the tyre and the mudguard, increasing the clearance by 15 mm. You continue using the original mudguard without any modifications. 10 Radiator Guard, Trimph Tiger 800/ XC The radiator on the 800 s 3-cylinder engine is pretty large, making it susceptible to dirt and stone impacts. As the original plastic radiator guard provides only limited protection on rough gravel roads, we recommend replacing it with an aluminium radiator guard. Touratech s radiator guard for the Tiger 800 offers impeccable protection against stones, optimises airflow and is made from black anodised laser-cut aluminium that unobtrusively blends in with the bike s overall appearance. This is an extremely annoying shortcoming on difficult terrain, as the switch needs to be bypassed. It s only when the side stand switch stops working and the bike refuses to start that you realise just how important this component is! Touratech s large engine guard for the Triumph Tiger 800 is intended for use on long trips. This solid engine guard from Touratech is made from robust aluminium and stainless steel. It covers the entire unprotected area of the engine from the oil drain plug almost all the way up to the radiator guard. This protects the boot, and gives the Rider a better position on the bike - even in extreme situations.
