Clearance for engine performance testing at any regime sh be requested to the executive on duty (Tel: ), who sh deny or approve clearance, indicating the procedure to be followed..3. LOW VISIBILITY PROCEURES (LVP).3.. GENERL LVP for take-off sh be applied when RVR of any transmissometer is 550m or below. When transmissometers are out of service, LVP will be activated when VIS is 800m or less in the manoeuvring area. RWY 3/3 is authorized for take-off in low visibility conditions. uring LVP, RWY 2/30 sh not be used. Pilots sh be informed about the application of LVP via TIS. TIS sh also inform of any notified or detected incident that may affect the LVP as well as the existing MET conditions. TC will provide the RVR values in the following format: - RVR TZ: Reading from the transmissometer located in the touchdown zone. - RVR MI: Reading from the transmissometer located at the RWY mid point. - RVR EN: Reading from the transmissometer located at the end of RWY. LVP sh be cancelled when RVR or VIS is MIM 000m during at least 5 minutes and the latest METR TREN forecast, or the forthcoming one, is for VIS 000m or above GROUN MOVEMENT GENERL While LVP are in force, taxiing of only one mobile unit at a time on manoeuvring area sh be authorized with the following exception: With RWY 3 in use the simultaneously guided taxiing of an CFT on TWY and the guided taxiing of another CFT out of apron 8 or 9 via TWY, L or Q until stop bar Q may also be authorized. Once TWY is free and TC clearance is granted, CFT may continue taxiing after Follow-me car until it is orientated in the direction of THR 3. Pilots sh proceed to verify the CFT position at every moment especiy at intersections, checking that taxiing is being executed under conditions of complete safety. uring LVP, following measures sh be taken: - TWY B between TWYs L and Q is not usable as an pron TWY. - Entry to and exit from parking positions with Follow-me car RRIVL CFT that have already landed sh vacate the RWY by the end and notify "RWY free" when leaving critical area (via HS-3/HN-3) as per RWY in use, when pilot begins to see lights green after alternate series light green and yellow. COMMUNICTIONS FILURE N BNORML SITUTIONS IN THE MNOEUVRING RE COMMUNICTIONS FILURE Whenever an CFT operating in the manoeuvring area experiences a communications failure, it must comply as follows: rriving CFT: If the CFT has just landed, it sh hold position on vacating the RWY via TWY HN 3/HS 3, at the stop bar corresponding to TWY (3 or according to RWY in use) and wait for the arrival of a Follow-me car to be guided to the assigned stand. If the CFT has TC taxiing clearance, it will continue by the designated route until stopping at the limit of the TC clearance, exercising extreme CUTION, where it will hold position and wait for the arrival of a Follow-me car which will guide it to the assigned stand. eparting CFT: 4 PR 7 0-P2.Eff.27.pr. If the CFT is taxiing with marsher guidance, Tower sh contact marsher to guide the CFT back to the stand. If the CFT is taxiing to holding position and the marsher has left the manoeuvring area, the CFT sh continue via the assigned route until stop at TC clearance limit, taking extreme CUTION, where it sh hold position and wait for the arrival of a Follow-me car to be guided to the assigned stand or holding bay UNCERTINTY BOUT THE POSITION IN THE MNOEUVRING RE Except as provided below, if a pilot has doubts as to the position of the CFT in relation to the manoeuvring area, he/she sh immediately stop the CFT and notify TC of this circumstance (including last known position). In situations where the pilot has doubts as to the position of the CFT in the manoeuvring area, but recognizes that the CFT is on a RWY, the pilot sh immediately notify TC (including the last known position), vacating the RWY as soon as possible, if he/she is able to locate a suitable nearby TWY, unless stated otherwise by TC, and will then stop the CFT LOSS OF VISUL CONTCT BETWEEN MOBILE VEHICLES In the event of loss of visual contact with another CFT or with a vehicle with which it maintains a separation, TC will be informed immediately and the CFT will stop. TC will take the measures it deems appropriate CFT BREKOWN Notify TC of the situation and await the arrival of assistance. If you are on a RWY, if possible and unless otherwise indicated by TC, the CFT sh vacate it.

In IMC conditions, while an CFT is on final approach or on the RWY after touchdown by RWY 3/3 or RWY 2, the presence of an CFT of code letter F on TWYs or parel to RWY sh not be permitted. EPRTURE 3.. INTERCHNGE OF T WITH NMOC Malaga-Costa del Sol PT interchanges data about departing flights in a similar manner to those PTs which apply advanced TC TWR procedures. The interchange of messages between the local TC system and the TM network adheres to the European standard for PTs -CM, using the following types of message: - TC eparture Planning Information message (-PI). - Cancel PI (C-PI), when this is required. When approval to start-up has been published and the CFT starts to push back, the Target Take-Off Time (TTOT) is calculated and transmitted to NMOC. Use of the ctual Off-Block Time (OBT) instead of the flight plan EOBT, together with the variable taxiing time, will increase the accuracy of the take-off time. If an CFT needs to abort taxiing for technical reasons, the flight will be cancelled in the TM network by sending a C-PI message. s a consequence, the flight plan will be suspended, with the remark "Suspended by departure PT". The operator can activate the flight plan again by means of an updated EOBT (L or CHG message) STRT-UP N TXI PROCEU RES STRT-UP uring start-up clearance request, pilots sh report the complete CFT designator, stand occupied and TIS message received. In case wingspan is 7 /52m or above, pilot sh report that it is a code E/F CFT during start-up clearance request CRRYING OUT OF CROSS-BLEE STRT - Carrying out cross-bleed is only owed for CFT with inoperative PU. - It is necessary to inform the irport Operations Center of the need to perform this maneuver: - If the CFT is parked on the stand 60 or - If the CFT is not an 38, 39, 320, 32, B752, B753, 332 or CFT parked in remote stand may carry out the maneuver in the same stand. - CFT parked on a contact stand sh carry out the maneuver at the push-back point when the push-back has been completed PUSH N HOL PROCEURE The handling agents of flights parked at the boarding bridge stands affected by regulations, may request clearance from the Operations Center of the PT to wait for the CTOT in a remote stand whenever: - the request is made in 60 minutes before the CTOT; - the phase 3 of the LVP is not activated. When there are two or more parked CFT whose reversals are incompatible, the CFT requesting a standard push-back sh have priority over the one requesting a Push and Hold one TXIING ccess to RWY 3/3 sh preferably be carried out via TWY HN-3 or HS-3, whenever only one CFT is operating, according to the RWY in use.

On receipt of line-up clearance, pilots should ensure that they are able to taxi and line up on the RWY as soon as the preceding CFT has commenced either its take-off run or landing run. Pilots who require additional separations due to wake turbulence or other reason, sh notify TC as soon as possible and before crossing the RWY holding point. Pilots should be able to commence the take-off roll immediately when take-off clearance is issued. Pilots unable to comply with this requirement sh notify TC as soon as possible and await instructions.
