FHCS M6 Nylock Nut M12 Nylock Nut Qty (8) FRONT Do not tighten hardware completely unless noted. 1. Remove Wheels and Shocks. 2. Install Front rackets ()() and Short Spacers to stock Shock Mounts. See Figs. 1-1b. - Front racket Fore () installs to inside and Front racket ft () installs to outside. - Secure with M x 55mm Lg. FHCS and M Nylock Nuts. - Reinstall Shocks with M x 55mm Lg. FHCS and M Nylock Nuts. 3. Remove Rectifier and Ground Wires. See Fig Install Rectifier to Relocator racket (D) with M6-1.0 x 30mm Lg. FHCS and M6-1.0 Nylock Nuts. See Fig. 2a. - Install assembly and ground wires to stock location with stock hardware. See Fig. 2a. 4. Tighten all hardware completely.

Remove Wheels and Shocks. 2. Install Rear rackets (C) and Long Spacers to inside of stock Shock Mounts. See Figs. 3-3a. - Use M x 50mm Lg. FHCS and M Nylock Nuts on inner holes of Rear rackets (C) and M x 60mm Lg. FHCS and M Nylock Nuts on outer holes of Rear rackets (C). See Figs. 3-3a. - Reinstall Shocks with stock hardware. 3. Tighten all hardware completely. 4
