1 1. EAST LYNNE CLINIC Use the Voortrekker road into Gezina, Keep extreme Right and look for Mamelodi turn off to the Right. Follow the street till at the T- junction. Turn Right and immediate Left towards Mamelodi. At the big circle past Villeria, follow the Stormvoel road to Mamelodi. Under the N1 Bridge, keep Left and turn Left at the Cross-junction into Baviaanspoort Road. After the first set of robots in East Lynne, Turn Left into Stegmann Street. Follow that street till at the Community Library & Hall (Pieter Crynauw center). Enter the premises and find the clinic behind the Hall.

2 19. EERSTERUST CLINIC Use the Voortrekker road into Gezina, Keep extreme Right and look for Mamelodi turn off to the Right. Follow the street till at the T- junction. Turn Right and immediate Left towards Mamelodi. At the big circle past Villeria, follow the Stormvoel road to Mamelodi. Pass BP service station on the Left. Pass the Bus Depot on the Left. Pass the cross Junction over the bridge, proceed straight towards Mamelodi. Turn left at the 1 st set of robots into Hans Coverdale East, (near Watloo train station). The clinic is at the corner of Hans Coverdale and PS Fourie Streets.

3 2. HOLANI CLINIC MAMELODI Use the Voortrekker road into Gezina, Keep extreme Right and look for Mamelodi turn off to the Right. Follow the street till at the T- junction. Turn Right and immediate Left towards Mamelodi. At the big circle past Villeria, follow the Stormvŏel road to Mamelodi. Pass BP service station on the Left. Pass the Bus Terminal on the Left. Follow the Mamelodi Road till at the Cross Junction showing Eersterust and Silverton (Hans Coverdale Street). Drive straight to Mamelodi. At the Big Cross junction, proceed straight through Tsamaya Road for about 3km. Turn Right at Shell Garages and follow the street towards Mamelodi UP Campus and BP garage(mamelodi Gardens). Pass the Hospice on the Left. Pass the Supermarket on the Right and look for Holani clinic on the Right.

4 20. KAMEELDRIFT CLINIC Use the Voortrekker road into Gezina, over the Magalies Mountain into Wonderboom. Follow the road till at the Big cross Junction. Proceed straight into Zambezi Road towards Cullinan. Pass Montana Crossing on the Left; pass Kolonade Mall on the Right. Drive under N1 high way bridge, and proceed until at cross junction. (Zambezi mall) Turn Left into Kwa-Mhlanga road and pass the Zenex service station on the Left. Proceed another1.5km and Turn Left at a cross-junction showing Kameeldrift. The street name is Sekelbosweg. Curve with the road and turn Left at 4-way stop. The Clinic is on the Left. (Plot 175).

5 3. MAMELODI WEST CLINIC Use the Voortrekker road into Gezina, Keep extreme Right and look for Mamelodi turn off to the Right. Follow the street till at the T- junction. Turn Right and immediate Left towards Mamelodi. At the big circle past Villeria, follow the Stormvŏel road to Mamelodi. Pass BP service station on the Left. Pass the Bus Terminal on the Left. Follow the Mamelodi Road till at the Mamelodi crossing shopping centre. Turn Left towards HM Pitje Stadium. Turn Right at the 1 st set of robots and proceed until at the Mamelodi West Police Station. Clinic is on the corner of Shabangu & Ntshabeleng street.

6 21. REFILWE CLINIC CULLINAN Use the Voortrekker road into Gezina, over the magalies mountain into wonderboom. Follow the road till at the Big cross Junction. Proceed straight into Zambezi Road towards Cullinan. Pass Montana Crossing on the Left, Pass Kolonade Mall on the Right. Pass Zambesi Shopping Mall on the left. Pass Bavianspoort Prison on the Left. Follow the road until into Cullinan town. At the T- junction, turn Right and immediate Left follow the road to Refilwe township. In Refilwe, Look for 1165 Masina Drive.

7 4. STANZA BOPAPE 1 CLINIC Use the Voortrekker road into Gezina, Keep extreme Right and look for Mamelodi turn off to the Right. Follow the street till at the T- junction. Turn Right and immediate Left towards Mamelodi. At the big circle past Villeria, follow the Stormvŏel road to Mamelodi. Pass BP service station on the Left. Pass the Bus Terminal on the Left. Follow the Mamelodi Road till at the Mamelodi crossing shopping centre. Proceed straight through Tsamaya Road for about 4.5km. Turn Right towards Putco Bus Terminal. Stanza Clinic is on the right (Stand no 2 Shilovhane street, Mamelodi East).

8 22. STANZA BOPAPE 2 CLINIC Use the Voortrekker road into Gezina, Keep extreme Right and look for Mamelodi turn off to the Right. Follow the street till at the T- junction. Turn Right and immediate Left towards Mamelodi. At the big circle past Villeria, follow the Stormvŏel road to Mamelodi. Pass BP service station on the Left. Pass the Bus Terminal on the Left. Follow the Mamelodi Road till at the Mamelodi crossing shopping centre. Proceed straight through Tsamaya Road for about 4.5km. Turn Right towards Putco Bus Terminal. Pass Stanza Clinic on the right and proceed with the street until at the Hans Strydom Junction. Turn Left towards Cullinan. Drive over the bridge and Turn Right at the 4-way stop. (Hector Peterson Street, Stand ext 8). Clinic is on the Right.

9 5. ADELAIDE TAMBO CLINIC Drive through Voortrekker road into Gezina and over the Magalies Mountain into Wonderboom. Drive past the 1 st set of robots till at the big cross Juntion, showing Cullinan and Hammanskraal. Turn Left into Hammanskraal road. Drive towards Hammanskraal, pass Bon Accord and in Pyramid, Turn Left towards Pyramid Abattoir (Gerard Brook Street), over railway crossings, Turn Left into Fanie van Rensburg street, drive in front of the Abattoir till at the T-junction. Turn Left and see the clinic on the Right.

10 23. ATTERIDGEVILLE CLINIC Go to Pretoria CBD, Join Church Street and drive towards Pretoria West. Pass Quagga Mall on the Right, drive across Trans Oranje Street. Pass Kalafong Hospital on the Left, and Turn Left at the robots into Atteridgeville (Seeiso Street), under the bridge and into a traffic circle. Proceed straight with Seeiso Street until it changes into Mareka Street near the Shops (Ramohoebo square). Clinic is on the Left.

11 6. BOPHELEONG CLINIC Go to Pretoria CBD, drive through church Street towards Atteridgeville. Turn left at Kwagga Road near Kwagga Mall towards Laudium. Drive for about 3km, pass Shell garage on the Left, till at the Big Junction showing laudium and Atteridgeville. Turn Right to Atteridgeville, pass the Lucas Moripe Stadium. Slow down and look for clinic on the Left (66 Masopha Street), Just before The Service Station.

12 24. BRONHORSPRUIT CLINIC Use the Hamilton Street towards Arcadia, Turn Left into Schoeman Street and proceed on the N4 High way until in Bronkhorspruit. Use the Groblersdaal off-ramp, Turn Left towards Groblersdaal. Turn Left at the cross-junction into Bronkhorspruit. Pass filling station on the Right and Turn Left into Market Street. Proceed until at Inforum/Cliniforum Building on the left.

13 7. DANVILLE CLINIC Go to Pretoria CBD, Join Church Street and drive towards Pretoria West. Pass Quagga Mall on the Right and proceed straight towards Atteridgeville. Turn Right at Trans Oranje Street, Clinic is situated within Lucas van den Berg Centre on the Right, just before Vom Hagen Street.

14 25. DARK CITY CLINIC - EKANGALA Use the Hamilton Street into Arcadia, Turn Left into Schoeman Street and proceed on the N4High way to Bronkhorspruit. Take the Kempton park/ekandustria off-ramp just outside Bronkhorspruit. Turn Left to Ekandustria/Cullinan, over the 4-way stop. Drive for about 17km and find Ekandustria on the Left, pass the Ekangala entrance, go up a slight uphill, pass the first entrance showing Dark City and Turn Right into the Second Entrance showing Ekangala F section. Turn Left just before the road becomes a gravel road, proceed straight and Turn Left at Thembeni hardware. The clinic is on the left.

15 8. DASPOORT CLINIC Drive through Voortrekker road into Gezina. Turn Left at the first street showing Hartebeespoortdam/Brits. Follow the street till at Capital Park. Take Van Der Hoff Road (R514), towards Hartebeespoortdam. In Claremont, Turn Right into Bremer Street towards Suiderberg, over the bridge and Turn Left at the 1 st robot into Market Street. Clinic is on the Left, corner market and Camp Street.

16 26. EKANGALA CLINIC Use the Hamilton Street into Arcadia, Turn Left into Schoeman Street and proceed on the N4High way to Bronkhorspruit. Take the Kempton park/ekandustria off-ramp just outside Bronkhorspruit. Turn Left to Ekandustria/Cullinan, over the 4-way stop. Drive for about 17km and find Ekandustria on the Left, and Turn Right into Ekangala. Drive straight through Ekankgala until at the end and curve with the street to the Right towards the stadium. You are now in section D. The clinic is on stand 1227, near the Community hall on the right.

17 9. HERCULES CLINIC Drive through Voortrekker road into Gezina. Turn Left at the first street showing Hartebeespoortdam/Brits. Follow the street till at Capital Park. Turn Right into DF Malan Drive towards Pretoria North/Hammanskraal. Pass PP Cement factory on the Left. And Turn Left into Hercules (Moot Street). Just in front of the service station. Drive over the bridge into Hercules town. Proceed straight on Moot Street, pass Hercules town and Turn Left into Ribbens Street. Clinic is on the Right, corner of Ribbens and Taljaard streets.

18 27. KANANA CLINIC KAMEELZYNKRAAL Use the Hamilton Street into Arcadia, Turn Left into Schoeman Street and proceed on the N4High way to Bronkhorspruit. Take the Kempton park/ekandustria off-ramp just outside Bronkhorspruit. Turn Right towards Kemptonpark. Start looking for plot 36, Kameelzynkraal.

19 10. KAREN PARK CLINIC Drive through Voortrekker road into Gezina and over the Magalies Mountain into Wonderboom. At the 1 st set of robots Turn Left, Pass Wonderboom shopping Mall on the Right and proceed until at the T-junction. Turn Right towards Pretoria North and Brits. Keep Right and drive into Rachel De Beer Road, under the bridge and into Pretoria North. Proceed with Rachel De Beer Road until outside town. Follow the road straight towards Brits. Drive over Soshanguve/Mabopane High way (R80), and Turn Right at the first robot (Heinrich Avenue), towards Akasia Hospital. Pass Akasia Hospital and Mc Donald on the Left, and Wanda Park Mall on the Right. Proceed for less than 600m and turn Left into the clinic.

20 28. KEKANA GARDENS CLINIC Drive through Voortrekker road into Gezina and over the Magalies Mountain into Wonderboom. Drive past the 1 st set of robots till at the big cross Junction, showing Cullinan and Hammanskraal. Turn Left into Hammanskraal road. Follow the road until into Hammanskraal. At the first Robot just before shopping centre, Turn Right towards N1 high way. Proceed over the high way bridge and Turn Left into Rust de Winter road. Pass Bethesda Children Village on the Right, pass St. Camillus C.P. School on the Right. Turn Left into the village just before Community Centre. Proceed with the street until it curves to the right, and turn Right into the street just on the corner of the cemetery. Proceed with the street until at the clinic. (Alexandra section, stand 1061) Follow the road parallel to N1, and look for Alexander section, stand 1061.

21 11. KEKANASTAD CLINIC MAJANENG Drive through Voortrekker road into Gezina and over the Magalies Mountain into Wonderboom. Drive past the 1 st set of robots till at the big cross Juntion, showing Cullinan and Hammanskraal. Turn Left into Hammanskraal road. Follow the road until into Hammanskraal. Proceed straight with the road towards Bela-Bela, pass the shopping centre on the Right and filling station on the left. Turn Left into Temba/Babelegi Factories, drive over the bridge and follow the road for about 2.7km. Turn Right at the 4-Way Stop (traffic circle), just in front of the service station. Follow the road until at the T-junction. Turn right on the Makapanstad road, over the small bridge and Turn Left at the 4-way stop into Mabopane /Suurman road. Turn immediate Right at the traffic circle. Clinic is on the left (Stand no 4373), Majaneng Village.

22 29. LAUDIUM CLINIC 1 Use the Hamilton Street towards Arcadia; proceed with the street towards Sunnyside. Turn Right into Pretorius Street, Left into Nelson Mandela Drive, and Right into Skinner Street. Proceed on Skinner Street until it becomes Michel Brink Street, Proceed until joining Quagga Road. Turn Left into Quagga road towards Laudium/Santon. Pass filling station on the left, pass Maunde street and proceed straight to Laudium/Sandton. Turn Right at the first Robot; proceed straight until at the first 4-way stop. Turn Right across rail tracks and Turn Left at the T-junction into Bengal Street. Proceed on Bengal Street until you see Community Health Centre on the Right just after the traffic circle (Cnr Bengal & 25 th street).

23 12. LAUDIUM CLINIC 2 Use the Hamilton Street towards Arcadia; proceed with the street towards Sunnyside. Turn Right into Pretorius Street, Left into Nelson Mandela Drive, and Right into Skinner Street. Proceed on Skinner Street until it becomes Michel Brink Street, Proceed until joining Quagga Road. Turn Left into Quagga road towards Laudium/Santon. Pass filling station on the left, pass Maunde street and proceed straight to Laudium/Sandton. Turn Right at the second Robot marked Claudium, Turn Left into Jewel Street, Pass two filling stations on the Left, and Turn Right at the 3-way stop into Tengerine Avenuetowards the shops. Community Centre is now on the Right. Turn Right at the corner of the community Centre and again Right at the next corner of the Community Centre. The clinic is at the back of the at same centre.on the RightDrive through Church Street towards Atteridgeville. Turn Left into Kwaggasrand road, (Kwaggasrand mall is on the right) and drive towards Laudim. In Laudium, look for Cnr 6 th street & Tangerine Avenue.

24 15. LAUDIUM CLINIC 2 Drive through Church Street towards Atteridgeville. Turn Left into Kwaggasrand road, (Kwaggasrand mall is on the right) and drive towards Laudim. In Laudium, look for Cnr Bengal & 25 th Street.

25 30. LYTTELTON CLINIC Use the Hamilton Street towards Arcadia; proceed with the street towards Sunnyside. Try to connect Nelson Mandela drive and follow the road to Centurion. Pass Fountains Valley on the Left. Proceed straight on Botha Avenue towards Irene, pass the filling station on the Left (Kloofsig), drive over the bridge, and Turn Right towards Centurion/Highveld (Cantonments Road). Turn Left at Unitas hospital (Clifton Avenue). Turn Right just after less than 200m into Metropolitan Municipality Buildings. The first building is the clinic.

26 13. MANDISA SHICEKA CLINIC MANDELA VILLAGE, HAMMANSKRAAL Drive through Voortrekker road into Gezina and over the Magalies Mountain into Wonderboom. Drive past the 1 st set of robots till at the big cross Junction, showing Cullinan and Hammanskraal. Turn Left into Hammanskraal road. Follow the road until into Hammanskraal. At the first Robot just before shopping centre, Turn Right towards N1 high way. Turn left into Mandela Square Street before the N1 high way bridge. Turn Left at the traffic circle (Mandela Square) towards Metro Police Regional Office. The clinic is on the Left next to Metro Police Regional office.

27 31. OLIVENHOUTBOTSCH CLINIC Use the Voortrekker road towards Arcadia; proceed with the street towards Sunnyside. Try to connect Nelson Mandela drive and follow the road to Fountains Valley. Turn Right at Fountains Valley under the bridge and immediate Left to Join N14 to Centurion /JHB. Follow the N14 until Krugersdorp off ramp just before connecting the N1. Drive on the N14 towards Krugersdorp. Take the Midrand off ramp and follow the Midrand road. Turn Right at the big cross junction, and start looking for extension 13 corners Legong & Rethabile Street.

28 14. PHOMOLONG CLINIC - ATTERIDGEVILLE Go to Pretoria CBD, drive through church Street towards Atteridgeville. Pass Kalafong Hospital on the Left. Pass the Atteridgeville entrance, pass Masopha street to Saulsville, drive down hill towards Hartebeespoot. Turn Left into Schurveberg Road and drive for about 1.5km. Turn Left into Motholo Street. Clinic is on the Right.

29 32. PRETORIA NORTH CLINIC Drive through Voortrekker road into Gezina and over the Magalies Mountain into Wonderboom. At the 1 st set of robots Turn Left, Pass Wonderboom shopping Mall on the Right and proceed until at the T-junction. Turn Right towards Pretoria North and Brits. Keep Right and drive into Rachel De Beer Road, under the bridge and into Pretoria North. Turn Right after the 3 rd robot into Jack Hindon Street. Proceed straight until you pass Baptist church on the Right. Clinic is also on the Right.

30 19. RAYTON CLINIC Use the Voortrekker road towards Arcadia, Turn Left into Church Street, Pass Hatfield and drive towards Bronkhorspruit. Turn left the 4 way stop to Rayton. In Rayton, Look for corner Montrose & Oakley Street.

31 15. RETHABISENG CLINIC EKANGALA Use the Hamilton Street into Arcadia, Turn Left into Schoeman Street and proceed on the N4High way to Bronkhorspruit. Take the Kempton park/ekandustria off-ramp just outside Bronkhorspruit. Turn Left to Ekandustria/Cullinan, over the 4-way stop. Drive for about 15km and turn Right into Rethabiseng. Curve with the street to the Right and Turn Left into Matukane Street. Clinic is on the left Just before the shop.

32 33. ROOIHUISKRAAL CLINIC Use the Hamilton Street towards Arcadia; proceed with the street towards Sunnyside. Turn Right into Pretorius Street, Left into Nelson Mandela Drive, and Right into Skinner Street. Proceed on Skinner Street and Turn Left into Schubart Street towards Midrand/JHB. Pass Pretoria Correctional services on the Right, keep left and take the off Ramp to Midrand, just after service station. Follow the Old Pretoria road to Midrand/JHB. Pass Military base on the Left, Pass Eldoreigne Shopping centre on the Right. Proceed with that road and pass Lifestyle shopping centre on the Left. Pass Panorama Street and Turn Right at The Reeds (Lenchen Street). Turn Left at the 1 st 4-way stop (Maraboe road). Turn Right into Hofsanger street. See the filling station and the shops. Turn Right into Tiptol Street. Clinic is behind the shops.

33 16. SAULSVILLE CLINIC - Use the Hamilton Street towards Arcadia; proceed with the street towards Sunnyside. Turn Right into Pretorius Street, Left into Nelson Mandela Drive, and Right into Skinner Street. Proceed on Skinner Street until it becomes Michel Brink Street, Proceed until joining Quagga Road. Turn Left into Quagga road towards Laudium/Santon. Pass filling station on the left. Turn Right into Maunde street and proceed straight into Atteridgville. Pass the Lucas Moripe stadium on the Right, over the 4-way stop. Turn Left into Sekhu Street just before the filling station. Clinic is on the Right.

34 36. SAW WONDERBOOM CLINIC Drive through Voortrekker road into Gezina and over the Magalies Mountain into Wonderboom. Drive past the 1 st set of robots till at the big cross Junction, showing Cullinan and Hammanskraal. Turn Left into Hammanskraal road. Proceed with the road towards Hammanskraal/Bon Accord. Turn Left into Lindtveld Street towards Wonderboom Airbase. Turn Right into SA Army Information.

35 34. SILVERTON CLINIC Use the Voortrekker road towards Arcadia, Turn Left into Church Street, Pass Hatfield and drive towards Bronkhorspruit. In Silverton, pass the Service station on the Left and start looking for clinic on the Right, next to City Hall.

36 17. TEMBA CLINIC Drive through Voortrekker road into Gezina and over the Magalies Mountain into Wonderboom. Drive past the 1 st set of robots till at the big cross Junction, showing Cullinan and Hammanskraal. Turn Left into Hammanskraal road. Follow the road until into Hammanskraal. Proceed straight with the road towards Bela-Bela, pass the shopping centre on the Right and filling station on the left. Turn Left into Temba/Babelegi Factories, drive over the bridge and follow the road for about 2.7km. Turn Left at the 4-Way Stop (traffic circle), just in front of the service station. After turning, Temba shopping centre is on the Right. Turn Left at the first street and follow the street until at the clinic on the left (stand no 2475).

37 35. WATERKLOOF AIR FORCE BASE CLINIC Use the Hamilton Street towards Arcadia; proceed with the street into Sunnyside. Turn Right at Walker Street, and Turn left into Mears Street towards UNISA. Pass Unisa on the Left and proceed towards OR Tambo International Air Port. Proceed straight to OR Tambo (R21), pass Monument Park crossing, and take the 1 st off ramp to the left. At the T- junction, Turn Right into Trichardt Road, over R21 towards Sunderland Ridge. Drive for about 4kms and Turn Left at the Robot, into Waterkloof Air Base.

38 18. ZITHOBENI CLINIC EKANGALA Use the Hamilton Street towards Arcadia, Turn Left into Schoeman Street, and Proceed with the N4 High way to Bronkhorspruit. Take the Kempton park/ekandustria off-ramp just outside Bronkhorspruit. Turn Left to Ekandustria, over the 4-way stop. Drive for about 2km, across the Kroon River Bridge and Turn Right at the side-junction towards Zithobeni. Drive for about 2km, and Turn Right at the 1 st 4-way stop - into Zithobeni Township. Pass the cemetery and a High school on the Left. Pass police station on the Right and Turn Right immediately after the police station near the shop. Clinic is almost behind police station.
