3 onor ikes The kit is designed to fit Honda 0N & 00N Superdreams made from to, What should I look for when choosing a donor bike? ppearance is not very important, and a scruffy bike is often cheaper. heck the frame and engine numbers match the registration document. If possible buy a bike that is a runner so that you can listen to the engine running before buying. heck the frame for rust heck the swinging arm for rust on the bridging piece and underneath. If you can run the engine check for battery charge, you should get about.v across the battery terminals. Twin discs are good but not essential, if the discs are less than mm thick they need replacing and are quite costly so haggle. heck the fork stanchions for rust on the working part they are also quite costly more haggling required. heck the colours of the oil of

4 Will the kit fit the M0 ustom? Unfortunately the frame on the M models is different so the RK parts are not suitable. What is involved in carrying out the conversion? The conversion requires that the rear of the frame is removed and replaced with the RK unit. The RK metalwork is pre - fabricated and can be bolted in position before finally welding in place. of

5 Is there any welding required? Yes, the new frame bracket will need to be welded in place re there instructions with the kit? Yes, there is a very detailed build manual provided with the kit. It takes you step by step through the whole process of building your bike. There are photographs of each stage in the build and it includes information about: Preparing the donor bike. Installing the kit parts. Wiring and connectors. Tips and Tricks. RK are also available by phone or to support you with more technical things you may not feel confident with. oes the metalwork come ready painted? No, because the parts have to be welded they are supplied in bare metal finish. It is assumed the frame will be re-painted after modification. oes the tank need to be altered? No, the kit uses the original tank. You may choose to remove the original Honda badges and fill over the mountings if you want a cleaner look. of

6 What equipment will I need to build the bike? If you have a shed, garage or workshop, tools such as spanners, screwdrivers etc and some understanding of mechanical processes you will be able to manage the build. Most of our customers enjoy the experience of creating their bikes. What do I do with all the parts after the strip down? Sell them! This will help to fund your project. How long does it take to supply the kit? We are currently quoting weeks delivery from receipt of deposit ( 00). The balance of the order value becomes due when the parts are ready to ship. We can send out parts as they become available if you want to get going quicker and will just add a little extra carriage charge for this service. of
