All cars must remain in place on the Concours d Elegance grounds from the time of placement until released by the Chief Judge (approximately 4:00 p.m.). Removing an entry before the completion of scoring of that class will result in disqualification of the entry and scores will not be forwarded to the Jaguar Clubs of North America for national or regional rankings. JCNA Event Participation: It is an Entrant's privilege to participate in any JCNA sanctioned event held by any JCNA affiliate upon executing proper registration forms and paying published entrance fees. Each affiliate shall be solely responsible for granting entry privileges to each Entrant on an individual basis. The organizers reserve the right to postpone the Event under extreme weather conditions including high wind, monsoon type rain and hail storms. This Event is an Open Display for All British Built Vehicles from Show Cars to Daily Drivers Gates open at 8:00 a.m. and close at 10:00 a.m. There will be two entrances from Monroe Street depending upon your vehicle Class designation (refer to registration acknowledgement below). All vehicles need to be in place by 10:00 A.M. sharp. Due to heavy pedestrian traffic, Heritage Square and the City of Phoenix request that vehicles remain on display until all awards are presented and announcements made. REGISTRATION Registration: $25.00 for each vehicle entry. Registrations are limited to the first 120 registrations received or as space allows! Please complete one registration form for each vehicle entered. Pre-registrations post-marked by Saturday, February 16, 2013 will determine award numbers and vehicle classes. Late entries post-marked after February 16, 2013 will have no affect on the number of awards presented or be used to determine a vehicle class. Late entries must be received by March 2, There will be NO day of show registrations AWARDS: Presented at 2:00 P.M.. Vehicle classes and trophies will be based upon the number of pre-registrations post-marked by February 16, Best of Show To be considered for the Best of Show, the Wheels of Britain selection committee will request the owner to raise the vehicle bonnet and boot lid for display and inspection. Spirit of Britain Representative of a vehicle kept running and driven for the pure joy of the driving experience. The vehicle must be driven to Heritage Square for the event. A Wheels of Britain committee selects the winner. JUDGING is by popular vote of the entrants with the exception of Best of Show and the Spirit of Britain awards. All decisions by the BME are final. Dash Plaques: will be provided to all registrants. Trailer and Visitor Parking Limited parking is available on city streets surrounding Heritage Square. Visitors may also park in the parking garage adjacent to Heritage Square. Heritage Square merchants can validate the parking garage ticket providing a discount to the parking garage fee after a purchase from the merchant. The BME cannot validate tickets. The Heritage Square Parking Garage cannot accommodate trailers. Registration Acknowledgment and Gate Entry: There will be two entrances from Monroe Street depending upon your vehicle Class designation. Registrants will receive a postcard approximately one week prior to the event. This postcard acknowledges receipt of your registration, provides your vehicle Class number and will specify which gate to enter. After presenting your postcard at the registration table for your registration packet, deposit the card in a specially marked box at the registration table. This is your ticket to win one of the many door prizes that will be drawn throughout the day. All registrants are eligible to win a door prize. Lost or forgotten postcards cannot be replaced. Please bring your postcard to the event. Postcards cannot be duplicated at the gate!
