The PT operator is entitled to apply penalties against the FT operator in case of non-compliance to the time limit.

LOW VISIILITY PROEURES (LVP) Pilots will be informed via TIS when RWY 3 LVP is in operation. RWY shall be vacated via TWY F only..irport.riefing. Pilots shall report RWY vacated when out of ILS protection zone (end of centerline lights coded green/yellow on TWY F). RWY 3/3 is available for take-off when RVR is less than 400m. When RVR is 400m or above any RWY can be used for take-off depending on traffic situation. When RVR is less than 350m, TWY with serviceable centerline lights is to be used for taxiing only..4. The objective will be to join the glide path at the appropriate level for the actual distance to the RWY threshold with a minimum of level flight segments. Pilots who require additional track mileage should inform T as soon as the requirement is apparent T II/III OPERTIONS RWY 3 approved for T II/III operations, special aircrew and FT certification required. 3. GENERL Standard de-icing/anti-icing means treatment of: - Wing upper surfaces; - Fuselage upper surface; - Vertical or horizontal stabilizer; while none of the surfaces is higher than 2m. It is provided for the purpose of conducting of flight. Non-standard de-icing/anti-icing means treatment of: - Wing lower surfaces; - Fuselage upper surface; - FT undercarriage; - Engine blades or propellers; - ny de-icing at heights above 2m. Non-standard de-icing/anti-icing is provided with engines turned-off only.
