We expanded the seating area in the salon without compromising any of the storage space necessary for the needs of a liveaboard cruiser. The Antares 44e has plenty of storage below the seating area. The new interior layout incorporates additional forward facing seating and storage.pull-out desk is ideal for a work station or as an extra table. Tip-out cupboard for storage and washing machine access. Additional storage is ideal for safely stowing bottles. Some of the additional storage below includes a set of two drawers integrated beneath the bench seat. The port forward guest head has a separate, spacious shower. Distinctive Features Here are some of the features that separate the Antares 44 from other cruising Catamarans that are on the market. Exterior: A full-length aluminum toe rail allows for safety underway with almost unlimited attachment points for fenders or blocks for sail trim. A full-length SS rub rail on the hulls. A full Skeg hung rudder provides strength and protects from snagging lines. This boat can be beached and dried out on its own keels and skeg hung rudders.
