5 Dedicated Chauffeur Concierge and vehicle replacement scheme In the event of your car being off the road for a warranty repair for longer than 24 hours we will provide a licensed like for like replacement, subject to licensing authority approval. The replacement vehicle pledge is supported by a Chauffeur Concierge telephone hotline, a star feature of the Audi Chauffeur Programme. The system enables customers to talk to specialists about booking demonstrators, arranging servicing, maintenance or repair work, or replacement cycles and whole-life costs. Audi Q7 and A6 models, as well as the new A7 Sportback, are also available in the Audi Chauffeur Programme, offering operators a vehicle for every requirement. Coupled to a smooth-shifting new 8-speed tiptronic transmission, combined fuel consumption is an impressive 43.5mpg with CO2 emissions of just 171g/km. Yet despite such reassuring environmental credentials, the A8 Long Wheelbase 3.0 TDI can accelerate from 0-62mph in a spirited 6.2secs and power on to an electronically limited top speed of 155mph, where permitted. Audi UK will provide for use the same model but reserve the right to provide a different colour or spec than that of the car being repaired. Please contact us using the address and telephone contacts below for a quote on tailored terms and mileages, as well as for details of the new A6, A7 Sportback and Audi Q7 ranges which have their own Audi Chauffeur Programme. For further information on the application process for the Audi Chauffeur Programme, please call or chauffeur@audi.co.uk. Audi UK will not allow Private Hire licence plates to be attached by screws/bolts or any other permanent fixture to the body of the vehicle provided. Audi UK will allow such licence plates to be attached to the vehicle licence plate (VRN) by screws or to the body of the car by magnets. Audi UK will only allow such local authority licence plates to be attached by bolts/screws to the body of the car if the customer indemnifies Audi UK against all costs of having the car brought back to its original condition. The same applies to local authorities that require fire extinguishers to be attached to the car. In all cases the customer will provide the fire extinguisher and any other safety equipment required by the local authority. Audi UK will require the full assistance of the customer when applying to the local licensing authority for a temporary/transfer or new licence on behalf of the customer. The customer will provide Audi UK with full details of their current licence and Audi UK will pay all costs to the local authority in obtaining said licence. The customer will at all times insure the replacement vehicle with fully comprehensive insurance including cover for hire and reward and indemnify Audi UK against any third party costs or claims. Audi UK will provide the replacement car free of charge during the term of repair whilst the customer car is off the road due to a warranty repair. The qualifying period for a replacement car to be made available, after the Audi Centre has determined the customer s car cannot be repaired within the set period, is as follows; A8 if the car is going to be off the road for more than 24 hours Q7 if the car is going to be off the road for more than 72 hours A6 if the car is going to be off the road for more than 7 days A7 Sportback if the car is going to be off the road for more than 72 hours The replacement car will not be provided until it is determined that the customer s own car will not be ready for use earlier than the qualifying period.
