This year we launch five all-new models (AMG GT, S600 Maybach, GLE Coupe, smart fortwo and GLC SUV) and one facelift (GLE SUV). These new models, as well as other additions to our portfolio, position us for yet another record year. The brand new AMG GT and S600 Maybach are already available and receiving accolades as the new benchmarks in their respective segments. The GLE Coupe, which debuted earlier this year at the Detroit Auto Show is also receiving rave reviews. Looking ahead to Q3/Q4, we have the all-new smart fortwo and the GLC both of which will certainly support our strong push to another record year. B-Class Electric Drive Details about the the 2016 B-Class Electric Drive will be communicated closer to the anticipated launch date. CLA The 2016 CLA will feature a number of new options as well as a limited special edition. Limited Edition Edition: Orange 750 units nationwide (allocated to dealers), available for CLA250 and CLA250 4MATIC models. We will see a number of new options as well as added standard equipment, moving the GLC to the top of its segment. Additional details and pricing will be communicated following the World Premiere in mid-june 2015.

8 GLE The year of the SUV brings a nomenclature change for our bestselling SUV. The ML-Class officially becomes the GLE SUV. This thoroughly revised SUV becomes even more appealing with newly designed headlamps, front fenders, front and rear bumpers, full LED tail lamps as well as a personalized cockpit. This new design includes increased standard equipment and maintains the high level of quality and safety systems expected in this premium SUV. GLE300d, GLE350, GLE350 4MATIC, GLE400 4MATIC, GLE550e 4MATIC, GLE63, GLE63 S High levels of active and passive safety systems including: Collision Prevention Assist Plus, PRE- SAFE PLUS with rear-end collision prevention, and Crosswind Stabilization New interior color and trim options Introduction of designo Cardinal Red metallic New Wheel designs offering options New headunit generation with larger display Introduction of the high-performance Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S 4MATIC GLE Coupe The all-new GLE Coupe blends the heritage of our classic coupes with the ruggedness of our SUVs bringing a sporty dynamic driving experience filled with emotion. GLE450 AMG Sport Coupe Introduces the first of the all-new AMG Sport models o 3.0-Liter biturbo V-6 producing 362 hp & 384 lb-ft of torque Sporty and aggressive stance Standard Equipment: o 21 wheels with optional 22 wheels o Standard AIRMATIC Suspension o 9-speed transmission o AMG Performance 4MATIC o New headunit generation with larger display o LED Intelligent Light System o Rearview Camera GL-Class For MY16, the GL-Class includes 5 years of mbrace services as standard. Please also note the deletion of Cinnabar Red metallic (MY17 designo Cardinal Red will be introduced). G-Class The 2016 G-Class includes the introduction of the new Mercedes-AMG G65. It will also include a number of new options as well as added standard equipment. Additional details and pricing will be communicated after the World Premiere in mid-june 2015.

9 SLK For MY16, the SLK250 is replaced with a more powerful SLK300, coming standard with the new 9- speed automatic transmission. A simplified packaging strategy (Base, Premium 1, Premium 2, Premium 3) will reduce offering complexity. SLK300/350 SLK300 replacing SLK250 - standard 9G-TRONIC Blind Spot Monitor becomes available outside of Driver Assistance Package Omission of Steel Grey (755) and Palladium Silver (792); Addition of Selenite Grey metallic (992) and Magno Shadow Grey (281) SLK55 AMG P18pkg - AMG Carbon Styling Package is available for 2016 Model Year SL SL550 Increase in power from 429hp to 449hp Mille Miglia Edition 400 units with special paint, upholstery and trim pieces All models Omission of Steel Grey (755) and Palladium Silver (792) Addition of Selenite Grey metallic (992) Cross-Carline Equipment Various changes and additions affecting all or most models include: Elimination of 049vgc Media Interface cables for all models (except SL/SLK/G) o Customer can now use their own USB cable Change from AGILITY SELECT to DYNAMIC SELECT for all MY16s (various features depending on model series) NTG5*1 Headunit rollout to GLA/GLC/GLE/GLE Coupe/E Introduction of HD Voice for compatible mobile devices Ability to De-activate Touchpad through Headunit Menu

10 Connected Car Services (mbrace and SiriusXM) (See 4/17/15 announcement for preliminary details) Five years of mbrace Connect connected car standard services (included in MSRP of every MY16 - including those retailed prior to the official launch in mid-july o A marketing campaign will occur over the summer to inform customers and migrate prelaunch vehicles. New Remote Start function as part of mbrace Connect on compatible model lines, including C, CLA, GLA, GLC, GLE, GLS and S/Maybach Three customer-pay upgrade options each with a complimentary trial period called mbrace Secure, mbrace Concierge, and mbrace Entertain The retail activation process for all mbrace services via ESA or ipad Delivery App remains unchanged and will be essential for the customer to receive service, including mbrace Connect Credit card will not be required to activate the mbrace Connect standard services, but remains a requirement to receive trials for the optional packages Detailed information about the new mbrace offerings and pricing will be issued closer to launch SiriusXM Traffic & Weather data services will now be included in MSRP of COMAND-equipped vehicles for five years (previously three years).
