With two service centers and large spare parts inventories, we offer quick turnaround times to keep your downtime at a minimum. CSI s Weld Head Upgrade, targets these high failure points with effective solutions to keep your welding equipment trouble free and operational. Price Includes: New Handle with Built-In Strain Relief Extended Life Homing Solution PVC Protective Cable Bundle Sheath Built-In Hanger Custom Fabrication: CSI s UHP Fabrication Center is staffed with skilled technicians that produce fabricated gas panels, tube assemblies and gas lines to exacting tolerances. Should your project call for fabricated assemblies and your time is short, or if you re outsourcing your fabrication to a third party, allow CSI to help bring your project in on time and on budget. CSI s can fabricate to sketches, perform design-build services or build to print. Pg 18

19 Terms & Conditions: 1. Please note that All Rental Equipment is Subject to availability. CSI reserves the right to substitute equipment of equal performance should the desired item be unavailable at the time of rental. 2. Customer agrees that they are liable while the rental equipment is out of CSI s control, and that they will pay for any damages outside normal wear and tear during the rental period. The determination of normal wear and tear is at CSI s sole digression, and the period of liability is from the date the equipment leaves CSI until the date the equipment has been received in by CSI. A valid Credit Card must be provided to CSI for any rentals, and any damages incurred will be charged to this credit card. CSI will provide documentation of the damage if it becomes necessary to charge the customer s card to pay for any repairs needed. 3. Critical Systems does not collect sales tax outside Utah, Idaho, Minnesota or California. Customer is responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes that may apply. If your company does not have a Tax Exempt Resale ID, please note that you are responsible for payment of the appropriate taxes in your State, Territory or Country. 4. Unless your company already has an active account with CSI, Credit References will be required with the Purchase Order. Work will commence with credit approval. 5. Payment: a. CSI accepts all major credit cards for rentals within the United States. On approved credit, CSI Terms will be Net 30 Days following the end of the rental period. This may be shorter than 1 month if the equipment was rented weekly, or at the end of each 30 days the customer has the equipment. b. The rental period starts when the equipment leaves CSI s dock and terminates when the equipment is delivered to CSI by the customer s chosen method of shipment. c. Orbital Welding Equipment is frequently shipped in wooden crates. If these are not returned to CSI with the equipment, a $400 crate replacement fee will be charged. d. Payable by Certified Check or Electronic Transfer. All pricing in U.S. Dollars. e. Receivables past 45 days will result in customer s account being placed on credit hold. f. Receivables past 60 days will be assessed a monthly 5% late payment penalty. 6. Shipping is FOB, Critical Systems. Method of shipment from CSI to final destination is determined by the customer. It is highly recommended that you insure this shipment. CSI professionally prepares all equipment for transit, but freight companies occasionally damage packages. Should your shipment be damaged during transit, CSI will help supply information for your claim, but the claim is between your company and the freight company you selected. CSI will still need to be paid per the agreed upon terms while you settle the claim with your shipping company. Rental fees will apply while the equipment is out of CSI s possession, even if the equipment is lost by the freight company. Pg 19
