Utilize General Plan noise standards as part of noise and vibration studies. Underground option is preferred to mitigate concerns about impacts of grade separation at Sunnyvale Avenue. Assume a Bernardo Avenue bicycle and pedestrian crossing in the planning process. Concerns about impacts around Sunnyvale Caltrain Station and new downtown development.
