Regulators and fuse will have to be upgraded as well Estimated cost: $1.4m

The RAT22 feeder will experience low voltage in 2020 Solution: Install new kv substation called Disappearing Angel. This will take load off of the feeder with low voltage issues Estimated cost: $1.67m
