4 AC SERVO MOTOR The Beta series AC synchronous servomotors are designed to deliver high performance in demanding applications. The beta series are permanent magnet AC servo motors that have a fully enclosed frame. With an excellent IP64 protection rating (IP65 option available) the Beta series servo motors provide high torque and power for a wide range of applications. 36 APPLICATIONS Pinch Peel Grinding ANCA Motion s pinch peel grinding provides exceptional performance and optimal concentricity. Our sophisticated machine technology allow for quick part changeover and automatically switching between grinding faces to produce tools of both increasing and decreasing radii. The probe support provides quick set up for even the most intricate of specifications whilst still delivering high precision and accuracy. A collaboratiof tool editor, grinding, manual machine movement, machine configuration and teaching of the machine provide the perfect application for grinding straight lines as well as arcs to produce cylindrical, conical and spherical tools. End effector synchronisation allows multiple cutting edges to operate simultaneously on a single tool surface. This allows the machine to perform both roughing and finishing in a single pass, resulting in significant time savings. Our Commander software allows you to build custom interfaces with rich visuals, filled with custom intelligence and functionality, with no programming skills required. Lathe Patented Soft Axis or Virtual Axis allows a 5 axis machine to be programmed with 7 degrees of freedom. This simplifies the programming of complex tool geometry. The patented MPG feed assists operators to check a program before any machining takes place saving time and money. The CNC System offers flexible PLC options for adding part handling, tool holding, and other auxiliary equipment. The open and flexible CNC includes support for advanced motion, custom kinematics, tailored M and G codes, and extended part programming language. The control system provides sub-micron positional control for precise and accurate tool manufacture. Tool and Part handling systems can also be controlled asynchronously with 3 logical machines executing on the one CNC with up to 2 axes assigned to each logical machine. The control system provides full support for gantry machines, beam length control, height following, focal axis, and material handling. Waterjet ANCA Motion s Waterjet Cutting control delivers a complete platform for any Waterjet Cutting machines. The control system provides full support for gantry machines, bevel cutting, material handling.
