29 2006 E85 Flex Fuel Impala General Motors of Canada Ltd. was awarded a 2006 CAA Pyramid Award for Environmental Initiatives for the launch of their new Ethanol Powered E-85 Chevrolet Impala. When using eighty-five per cent cellulose-based ethanol, the vehicle's net CO2 emissions are the lowest of any vehicle available in Canada.
