2 Company Overview - GM products GM is 60% of ADC work booked currently. ADC is providing the Low - Reverse Clutch Housings for the 6T30 and 6T40 transmissions.

25 Current Status Clutch Housing projects mature and successful. Gen V Front cover assemblies in production. GF9 preparing to launch early new GM brackets launched in 2016 and running.

26 Warranty History Zero warranty claims for Bad oil pumps in L6/5/4 Front Cover since start of production August Over 2.7M Front cover assemblies shipped to date. 2,177,000+ Clutch housings shipped to date. Zero warranty claims. 1,980,000+ V6, V8 and Corvette Gen V front covers shipped. Zero warranty claims.

27 Quality controls Quality Data Records created from PFEMA and Control Plans. In house Spectro-analysis for material certification. Majority of dimensions checked on automatic CMMs. SPC data automatically gathered from CMMs and charted. Balance of dimensions to be checked with optical comparator, hand gauges & other instruments. In house X-ray audits per QDR (Quality Data Record). All parts 100% leak tested where required.
