2 Change the project name to Devers-Coachella Valley 230 kv Loop-In Wildlife (formerly Jurupa) 230 kv Substation Change the operating date to April 2015 Riverside 220 kv Interconnection Change the operating date to April 2015 Change the description to - The project will be constructed at the same time as and adjacent to Wildlife 230 kv Substation project and will be tied to Wildlife 230 kv. Valley-Serrano 500 kv #2 Transmission Line Change the operating date to June 2019 North of Magunden Long Term Plan Change the operating date to June 2019 Devers-Palo Verde 500 kv (DPV2 Project)-California Portion Change the operating date to September 2013 Change the description to - Construct the California portion of DCR (Devers Colorado River), a new 113 mile 500 kv line from the new 500 kv Colorado River Switchyard to SCE s existing Devers Substation. Looping Devers-Palo Verde #1 500 kv into Colorado River. Construct the Devers Valley No. 2 line, a new 42 mile 500 kv transmission line paralleling an existing line connecting SCE s Devers Substation to SCE s existing Valley Substation in Romoland, California. Also, construct other reactive support equipment. Alberhill 500/115 kv Substation Change the description to - Develop a new 1120 MVA Alberhill 500/115 kv Substation and associated T/Ls.Construct a new 500/115 kv transmission substation (Alberhill Substation, connecting SCE s existing Serrano-Valley 500 kv transmission line into the new Alberhill Substation with two new 500 kv line segments. Construct a new 115 kv subtransmission line and modifications to existing 115 kv subtransmission lines. Pomona, CA

3 New Auld 500/115 kv Substation Change the operating date to June Change the description to - Develop a new 1120 MVA Auld 500/115 kv Substation, construct a 500 kv transmission line to Valley for the purpose of relieving over loading on SCE's Valley 115 system due to load growth in the region. West of Devers 230 kv Rebuild 15 Change the description to - Relocate and rebuild about 8 miles of four 230 kv transmission lines West of Devers to a new location, to mitigate criteria violations. San Joaquin Cross Valley Loop Change the operating date to April Change the description to - Construction of a new 18.5 mile double-circuit 230 kv transmission line that would connect Rector Substation to an existing 230 kv line from SCE s Big Creek hydroelectric facilities in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Loop Big Creek 3-Springville 230 kv line into Rector. Split Devers-Mirage 115 kv System Change the operating date to June 2012 Change the description to - The existing Devers 115 kv subtransmission system will be split into two separate subtransmission systems the Devers 115 kv subtransmission system and the Mirage 115 kv subtransmission system. The project requires the addition of a 3rd "A" bank at Mirage, various 115kV subtransmission line arrangements and 115kV breaker replacements to support the subtransmission rearrangements. Devers-Palo Verde 500 kv (DPV2 Project)-Arizona Portion Change the Operating Date to Delayed Remove the "On Hold" comment Generation Projects NRG El Segundo Change the description to - The project is a repower of the power plant. Units #1 and #2 will be replaced with combined cycle units and El Segundo will have a maximum output of 630 MW. Pomona, CA

4 20 Edison Mission-Walnut Energy MW Change the operating date to January 2012 Change the description to - The project consists of five 100 MW natural gas-fired combustion turbine-generators that connects into the SCE Walnut 220 kv Substation. 5 38 Intergen Ocotillo Generation Project - No signed interconnection agreement 39 AES SeaWest Mountain View 4 - No signed interconnection agreement 40 CPV Sentinel - No signed interconnection agreement 41 Manzana USA Wind Generation Project - No signed interconnection agreement 42 New Projects To Be Included in the 2011 WECC Annual Progress Report Red Bluff Substation 500/220 kv Description: Construct a new 500/230 kv collector substation (Red Bluff) to interconnect new renewable generation projects in the Desert Center Area. Two parallel transmission line segments to connect the substation to the existing Devers-Palo Verde 500 kv transmission line. Will consist of two 1120 MVA transformers and a 150 MVAR shunt cap. The project will interconnect 1750 MW to SCE's Red Bluff 220 kv Substation. 43 Date: Planned operating date of April 2013 Colorado River 230 kv Expansion Description: Expand the existing station, presently configured as a 500 KV Switchyard, to a 1120 MVA 500/220 kv Substation by installing two 1120 MVA 500/220 kv Transformer Banks with corresponding 500 kv and 220 kv Bank Positions and installing a new 220 kv Switchyard. Also included is a 150 MVAR shunt cap. The project will interconnect 1985 MW to SCE's Colorado River 230 kv Substation Date: Planned operating date of September 2013 Pomona, CA

6 44 Pisgah 500 / 230 kv Substation Description: Construction of a new 500/220 kilovolt (kv) substation near SCE s existing Pisgah Substation near Newberry Springs. Construction of approximately 67 miles of new 500 kv transmission line between the new Pisgah vicinity substation and SCE s existing Lugo Substation. Approximately 51 miles of the new 500 kv line would replace the existing Lugo-Pisgah No kv line and would use the existing transmission corridor. Between the Lucerne Valley area and the Lugo Substation (approximately 16 miles), the existing corridor is not wide enough to accommodate the new 500 kv line. In this area, SCE is exploring the need for a new transmission corridor to construct the remainder of the line. The project will interconnect 850 MW to Pisgah 230 kv Substation.
