1 SPECIFICATIONS LASER LAY-OUT PRINTER model LLP The NICKLEBUTT AUTOMATION Laser Lay-Out Printer model LLP is a self-contained standalone unit designed to mark Structural shapes with two (2) 50 Watt Fiber Optic Lasers on up to eight (8) surfaces. Lay- Out and Orientation marks as well as Welding Information can be imported from 3D Detailing Software and transferred on to the members. 3-4 times FASTER then any competitors machine twice as many Surfaces to mark NO Consumable cost by far the lowest overall cost (100,000 hours diode 2 shifts/day = 4000 hrs/year = 25 year life span). The NICKLEBUTT AUTOMATION Laser Lay-Out Printer model LLP has two (2) 50 Watt Fiber Optic Lasers with two (2) Laser Scanner Heads capable of marking at speeds up to 400 IPM mounted on Two (2) Four (4) axis Cartesian Robots. The LLP has an trailing Measuring device to measure the long X-Axis of the beam to be marked. The LLP also has an enclosure with a sliding door, internal lighting and a web cam for easy ONLINE diagnostic. The machine is manufactured by NICKLEBUTT AUTOMATION, controlled and powered by SICAM SOFTWARE (by CONTROLLED AUTOMATION) and serviced (ONLINE DIAGNOSTIC with VTS is standard) by CONTROLLED AUTOMATION in Bryant, Arkansas exclusively for NICKLEBUTT AUTOMATION LLC.

Software Training is also included. 12 month warranty on parts / 120 days on labor NBA will repair or replace any defective parts due to material or workmanship for a period of 120 days after the completion of the start-up. NBA will pay for all travel and expenses for this 120 day period. All parts are warranted for one year after installation. If a failure is caused by abuse, neglect, or damage by the Customer, the customer will need to pay for all parts and all expenses incurred by NBA. The warranty does not include normal wear items. All other extended warranties by other component manufacturers are transferred to the customer. Standard Voltage is 3/460/60 (other Voltages upon special request) Control Voltage is 120 VAC at 60 Hz Customer must specify when a different voltage is required.
