SAE, 2001 COURSE DESCRIPTION: Fluid Power Transmission and Control is a professional technology course for the undergraduates of Mechanism Engineering & Automation Specialty, Power and Energy Engineering Specialty and Aeronautics and Astronautics Specialty. Its aim is that brings up undergraduates to master the basic concepts and principles of fluid power transmission and control included hydraulics and pneumatics. And it focuses on bringing up undergraduates to master the basic method and ability used for analyzing and designing fluid power transmission and control. After studying this course, it hopes that undergraduates have a good base in their future engineering technology work, scientific researches and developing new technology field.
2 COURSE OUTCOMES [Related ME Program Outcomes in brackets] The course mainly deals with analyzing and designing fluid power transmission and control, and It focuses on bringing up undergraduates ability of analysis, design and application and quality and professional skills.
