8 How to improve the stopping accuracy Exhaust the air of the brake port as soon as possible Prevent the dispersion of the electric control signal of the solenoid valve for the brake Keep fix the speed of the piston rod Install near the brake port and the valve for the brake. Install the rapid exhaust valve to the brake port if the valve for the brake is far and small. When need stabilize the stopping accuracy, install the pressure regulator to control the supply pressure (about 0.3MPa) of the release valve (SOL-3 When send the stop signal by the sequencer take care the scan time, and does not through the sequencer circuit if disperse the signal. Use the inner installable stopping sensor. If install on outside, use the small dispersion type. (Reed switch, Proximity switch, etc) Use the fast reaction and small dispersion solenoid vaive. Use the hydro converter when change the speed. (When change the load or use the rolling guide) (The axial length become long cause of change the packing) Use the rolling guide, not use the slide guide. Use the floating connector for the hoot mount type and frange mount type to prevent the center gap. When the stopping pitch is under 50mm or the speed is fast, release the brake before operate the main valve. (In this time, adjust the pressure balance correctly to prevent jet out the rod when release the brake) If the rod stop near the end of the stroke (under 50mm), use the no cushion type.
