1 Local Market Update February 213 February sales of single-family homes reported in Lucas and Upper Wood County by the Toledo Board of REALTORS totaled 315. This was unchanged compared to February of 212. Sales volume generated by February activity totaled $33.4million, a 24% increase from February of 212, and year to date sales volume is up 34%. The average sales price was $13,554 an increase of 21% compared to last February. Sales through February reached 664, a 9% increase over 212 when 68 transactions occurred for the same period. The average sales price year-to-date stood at $12,9 and represented a 21% increase from 212 s year-to-date numbers. 637 listings were added to the system in February, which was down 12% from last February s 725. Year to date new listings totaled 1,282 a decrease of 11% from the 1,44 submitted through February of last year. Inventory of single-family listings showed 3,458 available at month s end which represented a supply of 11. months.
