We have imported technologically advanced and sophisticated Swiss made SMT Machines to deliver the demanding needs of SMD PCB assemblies. Imported SMT Machines can be viewed at Microcontroller based Products: Vasantha Manufactures Microcontroller based Counters, Controllers, and Timers based on Customer Requirements. We have in-house R&D facilities. We will design & develop the product as per customer requirements. Coil Winding: To explore the business potentials that exist for coils in the various applications like Automotives, Pneumatics, Textiles, Telecommunication applications and variety of Industrials needs Vasantha has a wide focus over coil winding. We manufacture s variety of high quality coils according to the customer needs and satisfaction. Automatic coil winding machines and latest test equipments are used for winding and testing of coils. We are having enough experience in indigenization of coils. (Import Indigenization).

Currently we manufacture wire harnesses for a variety of industries including Automobiles, Compressors, Railways and Simulators. We are making different type of wiring harness / wiring kit as per the customer Requirements for Screw Compressor, Car Driving Simulator, Gas Analyzer & Smoke Meters, Ground Power Supply for aircraft, Fuel Dispensing and many more. Control Panels: Vasantha Manufacture Control panels for all kinds of electrical platform based on customer requirement. We offer Customer Based Control panel assembly, wiring, testing services. Our company is fully equipped & offers top quality manufacturing. All panels are fully tested by our qualified Engineers & technicians. We are following stringent and reliable process control method for each and every process. Our assembly area is fully equipped with antistatic setup. We have imported Component lead forming machine from M/s OLAMEF Italy. We have Micro Controller based Wave Soldering Machine. Our EMS facility is equipped with Temperature Controlled baking oven for baking the PCB s. We have excellent resources of programming of Micro Controller and testing of PCB Assemblies. We have a dedicated R&D facility for developing Micro Controller based projects. We have a latest Ultra sonic Cleaning Machine for uniform cleaning. We have imported make of Temperature Controlled Soldering Irons. We have Sufficient Storage for Keeping Customer items. 100 members of Trained Operators & 25 Engineers. Separate Quality Control Department for 100% inspection by Imported Magnifier. We have 60H.P Power Capacity. We undertake SMD Soldering using Screen Printer & Reflow Oven. We have state-of-the-art SMT line Equipments from M/s. Essemtec, Switzerland. Facilities for Coil Assembly: We have 6 No s of Micro Controller based coil winding machines. We have High Voltage Tester, Current Tester, Inter Turns short Testers, L Meters and Frequency Meters. (Imported LCR Meters), Turn tester. We possess adequate experience in indigenization of imported coils. We are manufacturing different types of coils like Solenoid coils, Current Transformer, Miniature Coils, Ferrite Transformer, Torroidal, Drum Cores, Pump Coils, Energy Meter Coils, Choke coils etc. We manufacture & Supply of different coil assembly to Railways. We are supplying variety of coils to major OEMs.
