27 Design Conditions 1. MS arrival from 7:00 to 8:00am. On-site counts in September showed 310 vehicular drop-offs; increased to potential early drop-offs at ES. 2. MS dismissal from 2:15 to 3:25pm. On-site counts showed 202 vehicular pick-ups; increased to potential early pick-ups at ES. 3. ES arrival from 8:00 to 9:00am. 194 vehicular dropoffs are predicted. Coincides with higher rush-hour traffic, so this analysis was required for potential impacts to intersections. 4. ES dismissal is not a design condition for traffic, as it is less than MS and doesn t coincide with increased traffic on the street network.
