This boat is actively cruised by its owner of 10 years. The boat was originally sailed around from San Francisco to Florida under its own power and cruised comfortably along the way. Dinghy pictured is not included but includes a different 8' dinghy. Dinghy included is 9' long X 50" wide. Very good condition. No cracks. Last in water was 8 months ago. The pictured oars are stripped so owner could varnish them. Features a Boatwatch/Xponder GPS Security Alarm System. The owner had hardware installed, and the buyer can take over $30/month payment. It provides real time to your phone type for alarms about motion detection, high water, high heat and boat movement tracking. The owner is a professional woodworker and has a number of cosmetic fix projects underway. Some woodwork still needs to be finished.there are wood sections that will need to be finished or replaced topsides and in the interior.
