10 Envoy Car Share Envoy cars will have access to ELAM DCFC within the region 142 Level 2 Topic Service & Fleet Overview Details Envoy operates a round trip car share program with 71 properties within the City of Sacramento Envoy currently has 18 properties under contract Envoy is using 152 X 2018 VW egolfs Vehicles predominantly being charged at L2s when not in use Envoy plans to use their fleet for ride hail services 142 total L2s. Each site is to have a minimum of 2 L2 chargers to service the 2+ egolfs at each property Infrastructure Page 10

11 GIG Car Share 13 DCFC GIG Car Share cars also have access to DCFC within the region, but must return the cars in the HomeZone Topic Service & Fleet Overview Details GIG Car Share is operating a free float car share program with a 13 sq. mile Home Zone centered in downtown Sacramento area GIG Car Share is using 260 X 2019 Chevy Bolts We estimate that each vehicle will need to be charged by GIG every 3 days Infrastructure GIG is reliant on Green City EA infrastructure to charge their fleet We anticipate GIG predominantly using the following 3 sites: 4 X 150kW chargers 3 X 150kW chargers 6 X 150kW chargers 260 cars = 86.6 cars per day, if charged every 3 days = 7.2 cars per hour over a 12 hour day need to be charged Page 11
