A combination of customer focus and a very high level of professionalism ensures the prime objective of maximising genset performance and extending its operational lifespan. Our technical team is highly qualified and perfectly prepared to respond to any type of unexpected incident 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. Additionally we have all the tools and technical know-how necessary to carry out any job related to generators. SERVICES MAINTENANCE - INSTALLATION - START UP - BREAKDOWNS - MODIFICATIONS - REMOTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE We can fully define and develop maintenance programs specific to the customer needs and the type of use given to the genset. INSTALLATION We are very experienced in the full installation and then start-up of electric generators. Our experts will personally analyse the genset location in order to record the necessary data. Our engineering department will then design the solution for the genset installation, concluding with the start-up operation. START UP All of our gensets go through the start-up process fully supervised by one of our qualified technicians to ensure the correct implementation of the product as per the required technical blue print. BREAKDOWNS Our qualified technicians will in the shortest possible time resolve the issue and restore operability to your genset in the event of a breakdown. GENESAL ENERGY guarantees the speedy replacement of parts as per our rapid response system. MODIFICATIONS We can adapt gensets to the changes in needs from our clients, such as re-configuring alarms, renewing control panels, the addition of extra fuel tanks and much more. The genset control panel includes a GEINTEL controller. It controls and protects the genset, the battery, the battery charging system, and the emergency power connections.
