1 Energy Fact Sheet - All distribution Areas Electricity Plan 27% Pay on time discount Solar We will apply the 27% pay-on-time discount to your consumption charges (electricity usage charges) if you pay your bill in full by the bill due date. The plan term is 24 months. This plan is available to customers with solar PV. Eligible customers will receive the Premium Feed-in Tariff, Transitional Feed-in Tariff or Standard Feed-in Tariff. More information about solar feed-in tariff is available at sumopower.com.au/solar Fees Fee name Account establishment fee ($) Dishonoured payment fee ($) Credit card fee (% of payment made) Printed bill fee ($) Early termination fee ($) Late payment fee ($) Other fees We will pass through any fee imposed by your electricity distributor, including fees for disconnection or reconnection of your supply address. An additional $5.50 administration fee may also apply. Where possible, we will notify you of the total amount of any fee at the time you make a relevant request. Definitions kwh Daily supply charge 'kwh' stands for kilowatt hour and is the unit of measurement for your electricity bill. A charge that applies for supplying electricity to your premises for each day of the billing period, regardless of how much electricity you use. Additional Information Cooling Off Eligibility Billing Contract length How prices vary If you change your mind, you can cancel within 10 business days after you've received your welcome pack from us. You must be a small customer with an applicable meter type and network tariff in Victoria, and must meet our credit requirements. We will bill you monthly in arrears. The contract starts when you agree to our offer and continues until you or we end it. We will start selling you electricity after the cooling off period ends and, if we are not already the retailer responsible for the sale of electricity at your premises, once the transfer to us is complete. The electricity plan term is 24 months, at which time the benefits end. We'll remind you before this period ends. We may vary your electricity prices or impose additional charges in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. We will notify you in writing if we do. For further details on the information presented in this fact sheet, or the terms and conditions of the contract, please visit or call Sumo Power on. This Energy Fact Sheet is presented in accordance with requirements of the Essential Services Commission (ESC) the independent regulator of the retail energy industry in Victoria.
