The finn shall produce acceptance test certificate along with the supply of equipment, for all the parameters for the UPS offered (same serial number and model) from CPRI, Bangalore or from Dept. of Electrical Engg.,NIT Calicut. Corresponding test charges shall be borne by the finn. Rejection of the UPS for not satisfying the technical specifications or delay in supply /installation as per the above conditions without valid and sufficient reasons satisfactory to us, after placing purchase order will lead to blacklisting the finn and/or further penalty as decided
