This is providing that the Team Member has made the business aware of the intended interest prior to their friend or family member visiting the business. Multiple vehicle sales to one customer be it friend, family or outside the Company should result in a one off introductory commission payment not exceeding 200, when the number of vehicles sold is 4 or more. Once a third party has been introduced to our Company, further introductory commission is NOT payable for future sales. Please note: All introductory commission payments are at the discretion of the Dealer Principal at the selling business.

3 Finance Explained PERSONAL CONTRACT PURCHASE (PCP) Personal Contract Purchase or PCP for short is becoming a very popular alternative to Hire Purchase for Private Users and consumers who have opted out of a company car scheme. It is designed to be affordable and offers low deposits as well as low monthly payments. It also allows individuals the opportunity to change their vehicle on a regular basis. HOW IT WORKS When you have chosen your vehicle, you will then agree your annual mileage and decide on the agreement term with one of our Business Managers. We will then determine the Guaranteed Minimum Future Value (GMFV) of the vehicle at the end of the agreement and work out a deposit and monthly amount that works for you. At the end of your agreement you will have three options: 1 Return Simply return the vehicle back to us 2 Retain Keep the vehicle by paying the optional final payment 3 Renew Trade it in for another vehicle MAIN BENEFITS: Low deposit and monthly payments Flexible, allowing you to change regularly Protection against vehicle depreciation You can drive the vehicle of your choice HIRE PURCHASE (HP) Hire Purchase still commands a 25% share of the market. This is available to both companies and private individuals who wish to purchase their vehicles outright. Hire purchase is designed to allow you to spread the cost of your vehicle over a period of time making it easier for you to budget and giving you complete ownership at the end of the term. HOW IT WORKS Once you have chosen a vehicle, one of our Business Managers will tailor your repayment to suit the amount of deposit you wish to use and your monthly expenditure. The term of the agreement will be between 12 and 60 months and the deposit you pay will be deducted from the price of your chosen vehicle. You will then pay the remaining balance every month until the end of the agreed term where you will then own the vehicle outright. MAIN BENEFITS: Fixed regular payments for easy budgeting Variable deposits Complete ownership at the end of the agreement No deferred lump sum to pay No restriction on the type of vehicle PERSONAL CONTRACT HIRE (PCH) Personal Contract Hire (otherwise known as a personal lease ) is becoming a popular finance option for customers who don t want to own the car at the end of the agreement. PCH packages can include maintenance for customers who prefer one manageable fixed monthly repayment. HOW IT WORKS With a Personal Contract Hire, you effectively hire the car for an agreed period usually two or three years. You pay a deposit, followed by fixed monthly repayments then hand the car back at the end of the agreement. There is no ownership option at the end of the agreement. PCH involves an agreed annual mileage per annum which is important to get right, otherwise excess mileage charges can apply. You are also responsible for the upkeep of the car and will be required to pay for any damage outside of normal wear and tear. ON ANY EVANS HALSHAW OR STRATSTONE USED CAR Team Member searches for a car. Once a car has been identified the Team Member contacts the supplying dealership. The car is reserved with the dealer for an agreed length of time and an appointment is made to view or drive the car. Once the Team Member has agreed to purchase the car and pay the 100 deposit, the Team Member completes a Team Member Authorisation Form and s it to the Used Car team at tmpurchaserequest@pendragon.uk.com. The Used Car team will validate the Team Member s request confirming they are eligible for the scheme and that it is their only purchase in a rolling 12 month period. The Used Car team will the appropriate voucher to the Team Member to redeem against the particular car. Team Member agrees a suitable delivery date with the dealer, then takes delivery and enjoys their purchase. Once you ve chosen your car, we ll send you a voucher to redeem against the advertised Retail Price OFF the advertised Retail Price cars priced between 1,000-5, OFF the advertised Retail Price cars priced between 5,001-8, OFF the advertised Retail Price cars priced between 8,001-10, OFF the advertised Retail Price cars priced between 10,001-15, OFF the advertised Retail Price cars priced 15, The dealer sells the car, less the discount shown on the voucher. The Team Member s payroll number must be quoted on all sales paperwork. All relevant paperwork must be authorised by the Dealer Principal/General Sales Leader. The Team Member Authorisation Form must be authorised by the Used Car team. Any Team Member found to be abusing the eligibility of any of these offers will be subject to disciplinary procedures.
