Or, is this a spare/stores engine? Response: Removed in 2011 out of operational aircraft, preserved and stored in T63 engine container, in air conditioned hangar. 2. If the answer to #1 is that the engine is a stores or spare engine, can information regarding its long term storage preservation and/or a statement of engine history be provided? Response: Have all engine history since new See the attached 3-page Tdata Aircraft Status Report 3. Can the current Accessory part numbers be provided (paragraph 5)? Specifications 6. #11 please clarify what CCSO considers factory options. Response: Aftermarket parts are acceptable as long as they are FAA/PMA approved 7. Page 33, Tab D, Attachment B Specifications: a. #4 States, All manufacturer warranty periods for the engine and aftermarket equipment services shall be provided to CCSO on the cost proposal in year format. Can you please clarify the meaning of in year format Response: Warranties should be provided in a number of calendar months and/or operational flight hours b. #5 States, All engine and equipment manuals shall be provided to CCSO at delivery. Can you please define what manuals you are referring to? Response: If any updated manuals or Technical Service Bulletins exist, please include them. all FAA Airworthiness Directives have to be complied with. Mandatory Technical/Service Bulletins should be complied with as well. Any other service information, the shop should advise at the time of rebuild.

4 8. Page 6, Tab A Transmittal Letter paragraph e. states, It must include the person s typed name and title with the original ink signature at the letter bottom. Will an electronic/digital signature be acceptable? Response: Yes, an electronic/digital signature will be accepted 9. On page 5 it is requesting One Electronic Format, in addition to the hardcopies of the Bid Proposal. Could you please tell me what forms of Electronic Format are requested / permitted? Response: The Electronic Formats permitted for Proposal submissions include: a. Jump Drive b. Compact Disc 10. Also, So each 3-ring binder is to go inside of a larger envelope appropriately marked Original and Copy, is that correct? Response: Yes, each binder will be kept secured until opened by the Evaluator to ensure the integrity of the package.
