2 MK-4000 Series SELF-PROPELLED CONCRETE SAWS The MK-4000 Professional Series is designed for operator comfort, safety and efficiency. Environmentally friendly with low emissions and meets EPA and CARB requirements. Saw is designed for left or right mounting of blade and blade guard. Travel speed; FPM forward, FPM reverse. MADE IN USA Standard Features: Control Panel Instruments are positioned for better visibility, quick access and ease of operation. Control set provides proportional blade raising/lowering and travel speed with one hand operation. Easy Access Removable rear and side panels provide easy accessibility for service and preventive maintenance. Engine Power The MK-4000 Professional Series is available with a Kubota 44 Hp diesel engine or Kubota 57Hp gas engine. The saws feature a three stage dual element radial seal air filter that protects the engine and delivers long filter life. The 44Hp Kubota V1505-T-E3B is a 4 cylinder in-line, diesel fueled, turbo-charged, liquid-cooled engine. It is fuel efficient, altitude compensating, has low emissions and meets all EPA and CARB requirements. The engine is 1498cc in displacement and features Kubota s Three Vortec Combustion system, which produces an ideal air/fuel mixture that provides increased combustion efficiency and cleaner exhaust. The 57Hp Kubota WG1605-G-E3 is a 4 cylinder in-line, gas fueled, naturally aspirated, liquid-cooled engine. It is fuel efficient, altitude compensating, has low emissions and meets EPA and CARB requirements. The engine is 1537cc in displacement. This engine offers very low vibration and is exceptionally quiet. Water Delivery Blade guard uses"ride on the blade" water tubes for superior water delivery and blade cooling. Balanced Design Superb balance that minimizes user fatigue while increasing maneuverability and providing straight line tracking during cutting. Blade Guard Quick, release, auto-latching bayonet mount blade guard. Optional: Meco Spade available to allow for use of old style Meco guards. Blade Shaft Removable blade shaft stub for easy maintenance. Totally enclosed and sealed blade shaft with continuous oil bath lubrication system.

3 Standard Features: Maneuverability Designed for both front and rear pivoting allowing for ease of movement and control. Three-position adjustable solid steel handlebars are ergonomically designed; they adjust to comfortably accommodate the operator. Lifting Bail Built-in lifting bail for easy maneuverability. Axle Axle is designed for smooth transition in and out of cuts. Accurate Tracking Rigid frame pointer with high visibility guide wheel for accurate tracking. Differential Drive System Provides positive drive to both rear wheels for maximum traction when cutting on slippery surfaces and free/engage controls to allow the saw to be pushed manually. Transmission Eaton model 6 hydrostatic transmission coupled to an MK differentiating trans-axle provides continuous variable forward/ reverse travel and cutting motion. 3-speed Series Features: The 3-speed blade shaft gearbox allows for multiple blade diameters without belt/pulley changes reducing labor time. Located at the front of the saw for easy access, the gearbox is used to change output speed of the blade shaft. Blade capacity available from 12" to 36". The 3-Speed Series offers the widest range of blade sizes, without pulley changes, of any saw available on the market. 6 electric Made in the USA Control Panel Front & Rear Pivot Baldor Motor MK-4000 Pro Electric Series Self-Propelled Concrete Saws The MK-4000 Electric Saw provides a solution for those environments and situations where electric power is the right choice, whether for indoor use or simply operator preference. The saw utilizes a three-phase, 30 Hp, Baldor 460V electric motor. The saw features the same hydraulic raise/lower system, self-propelled transmission and control set as other MK-4000s. The saw has an on-board battery to provide 12VDC power for raise/lower function when the saw is not plugged in, and has a transformer/battery charger to recharge the system automatically anytime the saw is connected to power. The saw can also be plugged into 120VAC to recharge or maintain the battery when the saw is not in use. An ammeter is provided to help monitor load when cutting. One-year limited warranty.
