5 Our Offices and Locations Siem Offshore Contractors is headquartered in Leer, Germany, located close to the North Sea and the border with the Netherlands. In the UK SOC has an office in Aberdeen, Scotland to service the customers in the UK and Ireland. SOC also operates a combined marine base and warehouse in Eemshaven, in the Netherlands to provide operational support and service to our vessels during projects.

7 Recent Projects successfully executed We have recently completed the below offshore wind projects: Baltic 2 OWF, 33kV Inner Array Grid Cable System Client: EnBW Baltic 2, Germany Scope: Installation, termination, testing and pre-commissioning of 86x 33kV inner array grid cables (approx. 90km) Schedule: one (1) continuous campaign in 2014/2015 Humber Gateway OWF, 33kV Inner Array Grid Cable System Client: E.On Climate and Renewables UK Scope: Transport and installation of 24x 33kV inner array cables as well as associated services (approx. 22km) Schedule: one (1) campaign 2014 Amrumbank West OWF, 33kV Inner Array Grid Cable System Client: E.ON Kraftwerke, Germany Scope: Installation, termination, testing and pre-commissioning of 86x 33kV inner array grid cables (approx. 90km) Schedule: two (2) campaigns in 2014/2015
